CAGiversary!
As you can see, I have an avatar that was taken from the title screen of the first Rockman game. That picture was originally in the .png format. I used a photo editor and cropped it, and it looked fine afterwards. However, after I imported it into CAG, it has become blurry and ridden with artifacts, which are clearly visible. Does anybody know what I can do in order to get a clean picture?
