Don't know if subscribers will get this or if the store copies will have it. It's a two sided coupon that includes two deals.

Deal 1)

Get 30% bonus trade credit for any trades towards the reservation or purchase of the following:
1) Gears of War- Xbox 360
2) Legend of Zelda: Twlight Princess- Gamecube/Wii
3) Final Fantasy XII(collector's or regular edition)- PS2
4) Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories- PSP
5) Mario Hoops 3-on-3- DS
6) Any Nintendo Wii game or accessories
7) Any Playstation 3 game or accessories

Deal 2)

Extra 10% off any used games or accessories(limit 3)

Both expire on October 31.

I'll be trading in a couple of games for the 30% bonus on Gears of War, and it will be stacked w/ my EB Edge card :D
What, if any, restrictions are listed?
It doesn't mention any restrictions on the trade-ins.

It's been asked and I'll answer it, it's not stackable with the $10. It states on the coupon that it can not be combined with other offers. Of course, you can always see if some moron employee will ignore it. It doesn't mention if it could be combined with the discount card though.

Espy, it's not that it isn't active until October, it expires at the end of October. You could use it now if you want.

nice i was just going to trade in some games this weekend for GOW and Zedla....

i should be getting my mag soon, i just got my EGM today and most of the time GI comes the next day. ;)

Question about the bonus -- what if I trade in games worth more than the cost of the game (like $60 for a $50 game)? Will they deduct the bonus for the rest?

It should work with the extra $10, because they are seperate deals.

They extra 10% off coupon doesn't specifically say you can combine it with the Get More or EDGE card so that might be a pain in the ass to stack at some stores. It should stack given the fact there's no point in the coupon otherwise but we all know how some stores/managers can be.

I imagine this applies to EB as well, but I want to make sure. No Gamestop in my townnnnn.

And I want the extra moneys for Gears of War or the Wii VC controller!

Question: lets say I trade in more than $50 worth of stuff. Do I get the 30% past the $50 because I will be using the rest for my wii preorder.

Stacking the deals was a no go here in Oklahoma. They would only let me use either the trade 3 get $10 extra OR use the 20% extra towards a preorder (30% with Edge/More card). Damn shame 'cause that would have been another $30 credit for me!

Good luck to everyone on stacking these deals!

Hey now! I work at Gamestop. Sometimes the moron employee is just being nice, or in most cases (say 99%) they don't really care. No one takes their job seriously at the Gamestop I work at.

Cool. My neighbor is getting this in and he's going to let me bum the coupon. I'm going to try and stack the $10 with extra 30% for zelda. Hopefully it'll work.

Didnt work for me.

I wonder if I can stack that 30% trade in bonus with the edge card-they usually let you stack the edge card with other deals. I really need some trade fodder to get GoW CE ($70 fing dollars!?!?!) and the VC controller.
And where in the magazine is the coupon? Is it like the subscription cards, or printed on a regular page?
It sticks out like the subscription card sheet. It's back near the codes section.
Do you need the actual coupon or just a more card
You need the actual coupon to get the deal.
I imagine this applies at EB as well, but I want to make sure
Yeah, it even states on the coupon that it works at Gamestop & EB.

I've got the magazine and the coupon on it and on both sides of the coupon it says "Cannot be combined with any other offer." Since you need the GameStop More card to get the magazine, the extra 10% should stack with this. Still not a bad deal,
if the trade in value of the game is $20 or more.
