Can you use the VC controller for playing GC games. I need to know before I try to find cheap wavebirds.

I don't want a simple yes/no/maybe response.

I would like an actual quote with an actual link.

Just want to be sure :roll:
 
I'd just go with the Wavebirds, it would be kinda weird playing GC games with an SNES style layout, plus the location of the joystick is in the crappy PS2 position.
 
Just as daroga said, we have no idea. Nintendo has not given the details of what controllers work where yet.

I have a feeling though, that you'll need GameCube controllers and memory cards to play and save GameCube games..
