WTB/WTT: PS2 multitap (FOUND), maybe some other stuff (like a PS1/PSX console)

Hello everyone,

First of all, I know I do not trade here often, but I do have Heatware feedback under Jawadali.

I was looking to buy some older/miscellaneous stuff before the holidays. Most of my money has to be saved for textbooks, so the lower the price, the better. I prefer to pay with non-CC paypal.



The main thing I am looking for is a PS2 multitap (for the older version of the PS2). The brand does not matter as long as it works (it's going to be used with Marvel Ultimate Alliance). If a PS1 multitap would work, I'd also consider that. FOUND - I got used Sony multitap at Gamestop this weekend for $10.


I may also be interested in a PS1 (or PSX or PSone) console, but only if the price is right. It just has to be in good working condition and include the necessary power and A/V cords. It doesn't even have to include a controller.

I'm actually interested in the console only, but offers on games/bundles are welcome.


As for now, I have little to trade. The main thing I have is a SNES Advantage Arcade joystick controller (or two). I'd also be willing to sell this outright if someone was intersted.

I have a PS1 available (model no. SCPH-5501, has parallel port), that comes with all cords and a controller. It's been a while since I tested it, but after a thorough cleaning (another one...), I'll PM you the results of the tests... and you can decide.

Bump. Any offers? I had one potential offer that included both a PS1 console and a PS2 multitap, but it appears the trader was banned.

Also, what would be the best place to buy a multitap for cheap? Any particular brands that are recommended (or should be avoided)?

I really hope to get one by the end of this weekend.
