Give me a break Fishermen eat this raw all the time. They tear off the legs and head like he did but they are clear alive and not colored.

These guys are just punks, and would probably faint before they could pull the head off :)
I had my first shark fin, and jellyfish yesterday, during my going away feast.

It was the best $100 I spent, with 7 different dishes, all while depleting the remaining 10-or-so-thousand sharks in the world LOL
