Store locator shows none near me but I have a 4K TV and the HDR breakthrough box seems like it would get real annoying on one hand but I save over $100 on the other. HDMI cables are on the side of my TV so it isn't even that bad.
I have the V1 headset and just use an HDMI coupler at the box - no need for me to change HDMI cables on the side of my TV.

Anyone know if the Braven Balance Portable Speakers have quality sound? Can they also be used as a pair for surround?
Braven Balance Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Electric Lime/Gray/Gray
I also looked at the Balance model but couldn't find anything about pairing it with another speaker. Same question was posed on Amazon and the response was no. So I decided on the 805.

Since Eve Gunjack is 60% off right now, I finally decided to download and play it last night.
It's a simple but fun turret game that is pretty easy to get into and probably won't make anyone sick. You spend each level in a heavily armed ship defense turret holding off increasingly difficult waves of enemy attacks by destroying ships, missiles, asteroids, and other attackers before they get to you. You use your head and the tracking of the VR to view all around within the turret and simply look at what you want to shoot and fire as the reticle connects with your target. You will eventually get special weapons and abilities to use on a limited basis and are awarded from 1-3 stars for each level based on your score which is dictated by a multiplier. The more waves of enemies you can wipe out without getting hit, the higher your score will be.
The game does get repetitive after awhile. It looks like there are 20 stages in total, and after 10 I was ready to stop, not because I was sick or fatigued, but just because it had gotten to be enough for me in one sitting. There is some replay value in going back and replaying levels to try to get 3 stars or increase your score or earn specific trophies. But essentially you will be doing the same thing.
In summary I think Gunjack is a great value at the price I paid (4 bucks) and a great entry point for a beginner to experience VR in a fun manner that isn't too involved or difficult. The experience is too shallow to be considered a full experience, but at the price point I paid it's more enjoyment than I would have gotten from a 5-7 dollar value meal at a fast food joint.
Appreciate the recommendation. Going to pick it up tonight.

Gamepads refurbished have been selling on ebay for around $180.00. I got looking through 17 white ones that had sold & they only had 1 left. The most recent one they sold I think was over $200. They are selling the white 32gb consoles by themselves for around same price & the cables and stuff for around $50. Seems they are buying refurbs through nintendo & separating out the stuff and doubling their money. It gives me a good idea of how if I decide to order a white refurb through nintendo the condition which appears to be like new. $222 tax and all with 2 days shipping I know is a good deal but that would go a long way toward a switch & I do already have a wii u. That damn white wii u just looks so nice though I've always wanted one.
I just recently ordered a white refurbed Wii u directly from Nintendo and it looks new. I couldn't see any sign it was used. I would jump on it while it's on stock. It looks like they just got a brand new retail box and transferred all the contents into the generic refurbed box.

Just wanted to report back after ordering a refurbished black Wii U from Nintendo Ebay (to save on shipping) as well as a refurbished white system from the Nintendo store. Both units are packaged well and in pristine condition! The console, gamepad, cables, etc. were all in immaculate condition. The systems looked brand new. I couldn't find any evidence that they had been previously used. The Nintendo Land game case that came with the white system had already been opened but the game disc looks new. On the other hand, the game that came with the black system was brand new and sealed. I intend to hack the white one while the black will serve as a backup for my son's current black system that came as part of the MK8 bundle. It's my first time buying anything refurbed directly from Nintendo. And just like most of the positive reviews, I recommend it! If you're on the fence and don't want to pay the crazy prices for a new system on the secondary market, I suggest you jump in while these systems are still in stock at Nintendo. Also, I have several copies of Nintendo Land that I no longer need. PM me if interested.
