It would be nice if this next generation would last 10 years. I’d like to see developers actually develop within the abilities of the consoles instead of pushing them beyond and making games that run below 30 FPS.

Not an Xbox deal but a great deal none the less.

Play them sooner rather than later, Mass Effect 1 is not aging any better. ME2 and 3 are both still very playable and good looking games, 1 has a great story but some of its systems weren't great when it came out nor have they improved since.
Its easily one of my favorite franchises from the 360 era and just even today bought the DLC bundles for 2 and 3 on Origin just to have the complete experience there despite already having them on xbox.

Deliver Us The Moon was promising until I quit, came back, and was stuck. Apparently it's a common glitch as well.
Being vague, not that this is spoilery at all. You travel somewhere on a monorail. After the monorail stops, KEEP ING PLAYING. I don't know when or where it becomes safe, but stopping there locks you inside the monorail with no way to exit.
If you get this glitch you better hope you have a damn good monorail conductor.

There are also plenty of RSS feeds and Twitter accounts that only ever strictly post deals if that's the only thing you're looking for.
100% this. There is plenty of ways to get deals only if that is what you are after. I don't visit this thread multiple times a day looking for deals, its the people and conversations I enjoy.

I like subtitles in games because I miss so much dialogue and sometimes listening to the line read can be super tedious instead of just reading it and moving on.
I keep close captions on for movies and tv shows but honestly i kinda hate that I feel the need to do that since I feel I spend too much time reading and not enough time spent watching the movie.

Thanks for all the well-wishes. So far so good, my girlfriend is fatigued but fever hasn't gotten worse. I probably feel worse than she does just from being stressed out. Still waiting on results from testing but presumed positive for covid19.
Folks were posting setups, our TV room is also where all the games are. She was initially resistant to having gaming art etc but has admitted she likes it a lot now.
I really love this coffee table, and having artwork on display for old games instead of just a spine on a shelf makes me happy. The NES drink coasters are also a favorite:
The Mega Man frame above the TV is from the 6 postcards that came with the LE of the Legacy Collection on 3DS.
And the overflow shelf for older stuff. I didn't want to get rid of older consoles, but our place isn't that big, so I just display them for now:
Also, cat has her own shelf.
Yes, that is a sealed copy of Mega Man 64.
I really like the coffee table set up with the retro collectibles in it.

Thanks. The collection used to be a LOT bigger, hence some of the empty shelves, but I've been slimming it down a lot between more of my library moving to digital, and just becoming less interested in holding on to old stuff. My Sony and Nintendo collections in particular have shrunk to almost nothing, most of those games have wound up on eBay.
I need to do this as well. There are so many 360 games in the box and i don't need to hold on to even a 1/3 of them. There is some i love will hold on to forever from every generation but i have quite a few that don't hold any significance.
Some one at work gave me two fairly dirty and i dont think functional NES' and a genesis, they need to go in the garbage but I hate for it to end up in the landfill especially if someone else would have enjoyed them.
I watch RuPaul's Drag Race, but I have no gay friends, so I have nobody to talk about it with. I tried watching Tiger King, because my straight friends thought that I would like it, and I turned it off after about five minutes.
Man Jujubee got robbed. My wife binge watched a number of seasons before moving on to something else.

My "basement man cave" gaming setup:
Sorry for the enormous pic, is there a way to create a preview or something?
That's an Xbox One S, my X1X is upstairs in the family room, but this room is just for me.
Gaming collection shelf (part of it, anyway):
Dude nice set up and collection! I once had a nice book shelf to hold my collection as well but once i moved in with my then girlfriend into a box it all went and there it has stayed. She is so anti hoarder due to some family members that i dare set anything up like that. Im surprised she puts up with the stack of DS/3DS/Vita/Switch games that sits on my night stand.

I had two kits in the backlog before I went to Japan last year and once I came back I had five more to add to the pile including a Perfect Grade Banshee Norn I got.
Nice! I am pretty new to Gunpla. I’ve only completed one, a low grade Freedom Gundam, due to a lack of time. One of these days I’ll get around to the RX and Char’s Zaku kits I have. If you get the Banshee built I’d love to see some pictures.

Further mixed emotions in getting ready to hear we were going on lockdown and getting ready to finally tackle my backlog of stuff and instead hear that we're an essential business and that I still have a job to go to for the foreseeable future. Happy to still get paid and can make vacation plans, but y'know...kinda wanted to finally play that first Wolfenstein game on the One and build some model kits.
I also got the essential label while the rest of my office is being sent to work from home and have Gundam models I’d rather be working on. Got an RX 78-2 kit waiting to be built since the Christmas 2018.
