I was able to complete the EA punch card this morning. I had gotten the achievement on Sunday.

 

First two to smack that like button under this get a screen pass.

I was able to get the punch card to work too. The earn an achievement part did not auto check but when I clicked it went through. I got the 100 points, not the 250 points it said I would get when I originally completely the quest but not worth the effort worrying about 15 cents.

Why didn't y'all tell me there was a new Peppa Pig game out?

Picked up WWE 2K23 from the trading thread, redeeming the code did not give me the punchcard for spending. It definitely plays better than any of the previous ones. Reversals have more options, I'm still learning but almost everything has an option. Keeps crashing to home screen while in the creations menus.

 

Power Rangers Battle for the Grid is a fighting game like Marvel. So not quick.

Is there a simplified reverse option? Last year I think had three different reverse buttons that just killed any fun I could have playing the game.

I've been arguing with myself ever since I got the pair of vouchers what to use the second one on. The first one went straight to preordering Tears of the Kingdom. I want something a) that generally holds its price, maxing out the value of the voucher, b) rarely if ever goes on sale and c) is a game I can put a LOT of hours into. I'm torn between Fire Emblem 3 Houses and Link's Awakening, based on the currently available options. I've got all the Mario and Pokemon games I want to play currently, Link's Awakening is the only Zelda title on the list that is on my wish list, and I refuse to go down the Animal Crossing rabbit hole again. Got that crack monkey off my back after the 3DS version.

You have 12 months before the voucher expires. If nothing screams out at the moment I would just wait until something does.

I thought that the spend x to get y credit amount promos didn't work for most gift cards. Did they change the conditions?

I think they do not work if you want to buy a Target gift card. I usually load up on Hulu gift cards and those always work for this promo. I also have purchased a PS gift card which also worked.

These delays make prepaying for Game Pass a slap in the face. Microsoft doesn’t care as they already have our money. Can’t wait for my subscription to expire so I no longer contribute to their active member count.

Well shit, Microsoft will probably just cancel the whole Game Pass program when you do not renew. :( I guess I better enjoy it while I can.

Does the $10 reward for spending $60 show at checkout (in your cart) if you have added it to your cartwheel? Or do you just assume your $60 purchase qualifies? Been awhile since I've had one of these offers and I forget how it works..

Also anyone know if these offers work on preorders?

No, it does not show. It will show up in your bonus offer section of Circle after whatever you bought is charged. When you go to buy something after you will have the option to use the $10 rewards.

If the preorder ships/is charged after the Circle offer expires I do not believe it will qualify.

If anyone was interested in the movie Violent Night its $9.99 on vudu now haven't seen it but thought it looked great

My favorite thing about Hogwarts so far is that Quick Resume works for once with it. I can start where I left off and I do not get any weird bugs or game crashes if I do not restart the game like I do with everything else. Although, playing Hi Fi Rush in QR with no sound was interesting.

All for trashing Sony when they deserve it but I’ve been playing Hogwarts Legacy on Xbox Series X and haven’t had any issues.

Turn on graphics mode with ray tracing. I tried this and the game is unplayable. A stuttering mess. I have it back on performance mode and a lot of times the lighting looks terrible. When I talk to the main old guy you deal with it looks like something is trying to crawl out of his face. There are definitely some pretty bad issues on the Series X for me.

Target shipped my $30 Metroid Prime from the bogo 50%. Should arrive on 2/24 which is fast for Target.

I got this email as well. Just note Target has a history of saying they shipped something when in reality they just printed out the shipping label. I will not consider mine shipped until I see that UPS has the item in their tracking.

How did you manage to find the link? I tried searching for  Pikmin 4 and Bayonetta Origins and couldn't find anything.

 

Found Pikmin 4 and Metroid Prime via the store links on Deku Deals. Couldn't find Target listing for Bayonetta, Katamari, or Rhapsody, unfortunately.

I agree with most of that besides the middle class part.  That's basically extinct at this point.
