Is the customer service pin not the right number to give when calling in for an instore purchase? It is listed on their site under orders as the order number and it's on the physical reciept. Im now on hold for a second time after a transfer because two people couldn't find my purchase. Total time on phone 25 minutes and counting. Also this Xmas hold music is really bad and low quality.
Gave up at 30 minutes and thought i would just call back and try another person. Call back and it is now outside of their business hours. They put me on hold and packed up to go home. Dirty pool...
