MAYDAY MAYDAY THINGS WENT FUBAR.
Was waiting all day for my PS4 Black Friday bundle to be delivered. As it got closer and closer to the 8PM deadline I became more worried that the order was either going to be late or they delivered it to the wrong house. I checked my email for any updates and saw one. "Due to low stock, we have canceled your order. Please reorder it at the link below." I paid $316. the next lowest price still available was $439. No way, I said. No way at all. I began my chat with customer support. They tried to explain to me that my order was canceled because it wasn't in stock. I shot back that it was scheduled to be delivered today, and if it wasn't in stock, why did they wait until after the deadline to it being delivered to cancel my order?
We talked for about an hour about what should be done, finally I got a break through. They had me order a brand new Black Friday bundle for $450 with Saturday delivery as at this point, it was too late for one day delivery. Then they just refunded me the $135 price difference. So I might have to wait another two days, but at least I'm getting a new one. That puts it under Warranty with Sony, right?
