Even though I spent $400 on this game ($300 KS and $100 LRG), I'm happy to see it get a sale and hopefully it'll sell well enough to warrant a sequel. I don't want to wait another 18 years for part IV.

There's just one problem... I can't keep up! The backlog never decreases, only increases! There's simply not enough hours in the day, and not enough days in a single lifespan to play all the great games on all the great systems. We really are spoiled for choice.

I have a few already, but I wouldn't mind getting a few more at $60. Where did he find them? Target? You're right through. The PSTV is fantastic. I use mine almost daily.

Why would anyone want these controllers? If anything, if someone's hacking it they'll probably end up buying different controllers that have sticks. It'd be the last thing I'd buy it for

Exactly my thoughts. Retro games work great on a controller with analog sticks, especially if I wanted to play PS1 / N64 / Saturn retro games, why would I want anything less than DualShock?

The argument that "nostalgia makes it okay to include the launch controller" was silly. Same goes for the Sega Genesis Classic, 3 button controller in the USA, and people trying to defend it because of some reverence for nostalgia. Straight up stupidity.

Sad to see the PS TV flop so hard, when it is 100 times better than this useless piece of garbage. PS TV emulation is great, it plays games from 3 different platforms, and has a far superior controller (analog sticks!) that's wireless. Soft modded allows the system to reach its full potential, making it an excellent purchase. But now PS TV is rare and extremely expensive, and Sony offered this dreck instead. What a shame. All they had to do was remake PS TV and put it inside a classic PSone shell to capitalize off nostalgia.

My friend found 3 PS TVs (Lego bundle) brand new on sale two months ago, and bought them for me, $60 each. Hopefully I can flip it around on ebay for a nice profit.

As for Antonline, I purchased a brand new Switch off them from Ebay and it arrived in perfect condition.

Thank you for this! Gonna head back to Best Buy and return mine. What's odd is that Antonline sells Switch below MSRP before coupon, but sells New 3DS XL over MSRP before coupon. Why is the older system overpriced but the new hot selling console under priced?

I wanted to get one now before firmware 5.0 and chip redesign and homebrew is off the table (for a very long time at least). I always knew that the Switch would get hardware improvements every 2 or 3 years, and I was willing to wait 5-6 years to get one, but once homebrew became an issue, it was time to get it before it was too late.

I picked up a Gamecube HDMI adapter. Sure its expensive, but Ive been meaning to give it a whirl and I dont think its getting any cheaper.

 

also got a Pikachu N64 console because Ive always wanted a Pikachu N64 console.

Well I got my Black Friday WiiU deal! And by that I mean the Wal-Mart next to my friend's house marked down the Mario Maker and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe bundle down to $150 each.

Wait, chase visa cards don't work?  I haven't used it since it became android pay, but on the old google wallet my chase amazon card worked fine.  It even shows up in Pay.  Or am I just misunderstanding?

Edit: I realized I may have been misleading with my first post so let me add a bit of info.

My Amazon VISA which is controlled by Chase bank doesn't work.

My Best Buy VISA (used to be Mastercard until recently switched to VISA) is also controlled by Chase bank doesn't work.

A different Chase VISA/Mastercard may work, but Amazon and Best Buy are a no-go. Sorry for any confusion and happy buying!
