Posted by born free on 14 April 2019 - 07:27 AM

Everything is dead, how do you change the title? It only lets me lock or hide on mobile. Nm

Xenoblade chronicles 2 prequel is $32.99, paid $26.39 after GCU. Looks like it’s only available for store pick up.

You can also pickup at Target for $19.99 (additional 5% off if you have redcard)

Supposedly there's gonna be a Capcom sale on the 24th. Hoping for a good deal on MH4, would love to have that digitally since it's one of my most played games.  Ace Attorney games may be on sale again.

Take up to 66 percent off Capcom games like Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and many more from 9 a.m. PT on Aug. 24 to 8:59 a.m. PT on Aug. 31.

#12761025 Backwards Compatibility Updated

What an awesome announcement.

I have so many digital titles on my 360 that I'd love to play on my XB1.

Microsoft had the best conference this year in my opinion.

Can't wait for the update.

Love the dlc. Great value if you are a fan of the game and want more of a challenge. Getting those platinum medals is no joke.

I'd try out the challenge mode and free dlc and if that is your cup of tea the bundle is even more challenging.

#12582432 PSN Flash Sale Ends 3/23 @ 11 AM PT/2 PM ET: ~$0.95 PS4/PS3/Vita/PS1/PS2...

Posted by born free on 21 March 2015 - 12:56 AM

It's not a problem as far as Sony is concerned and will likely never be "fixed". They're not going to expend resources so that we can buy games we already have for free for a buck.

These games aren't free to keep, something that many people can't wrap their brains around for some reason.

Once your sub ends you lose access to those PS+ rentals which lets be honest here nobody is paying PS+ for the quality online experience Sony provides users to play online.

Great sale.

Picking up South Park, Nocturne, and both DDS games.

Fantastic week for PS3 which is getting way more play than my PS4. Can't wait for Bloodborne next week!

#12552542 H-Hour: World's Elite - From the Creative Director of SOCOM 1 & 2

Posted by born free on 07 March 2015 - 03:12 AM

It's not looking good from what I've read online.  Supposedly, the developers are banning people from their forums that are offering negative feedback about the current alpha.  I could be wrong on this, but just what I've read from some of the Socom websites.

It's a shame if that's the case.  Socom 1 and 2 were a blast to play on the PS2.

That's the perception I have as well although it is limited to the video below (as well as a lack of news in general about the release of the game).  Apparently David Sears the creative director of the original Socom games left H Hour early last year and it's been downhill from there.

Is Child of Light cross-buy?

Unfortunately no. I'm debating getting the PS4 version since I can stream it to my Vita (only play it at home anyways) and because the price for Vita memory is ludicrous.

I was thinking of getting the PS4 version and

The motion controls were such a dramatic improvement to Metroid Prime that I didn't even expect.

After playing through Corruption, going back to analog controls is a little difficult especially for boss fights.

The motion controls in Prime were the best use of the Wii's "gimmick" in my opinion, over games like Skyward Sword and Wii Sports. DCKR and others being absolutely atrocious using waggle mechanics for core gameplay.

Give it a try if you are hesitant, they are definitely the definitive versions of the Prime games.

$10 is insane.

Wow really nice sale!

Anyone know if the digital version of R&C collection is cross buy? If I buy the vita version will I get the PS3 version too or do I have to choose between the two?

Definitely getting P4G and a few others after work today.

Thanks OP.

Had no idea about this until this thread. Nice on Sony, wonder if MS has anything in the works.

Been in other thread for hours.

Most people don't spend their holiday off browsing the internet all day....

Since there's no new sales I'll probably grab Fire Emblem and Smash to put me over for two more certs out of DDP.

Alhough I agree that the 360 marketplace and the arguably even better (games on multiple devices) PSN account systems are better than the eshop, they have completely botched the next gen versions of said marketplaces. The Wii is the only console that lets you transfer all of your digital purchases to a next gen console.  Albeit it is in a limited fashion but it is at least still accessible, something that is extremely disappointing for the XB1 and PS4.

Hoping that all three companies get their marketplaces in order similar to what Apple or Steam currently have in place.

Not worth the hassle.  Are you really going to hit platinum on another account? Probably not so why sweat a few points.
