I can’t get this to work with the factory reset option. My device wasn’t set up with a referral previously, but when I click on any referral link (after removing my Quest 2 from my account AND doing a factory reset) I get a page that says “Whoops, it looks like you are lost. Let’s get you back home.”
Anyone else run into this issue or know how to fix it? If you can help me get it to work I’ll definitely use your referral link
I think the best option here is to contact Oculus support. Ask them you tried multiple referral links and none of them work. Contact them today to see if they can provide you the $60 referral credit before it expires tomorrow.
edit: it is possible that the links here are only from the US and you are located outside the US like Europe. Hence, you are getting that error showing up. In that case, you have to look for a European referral link online.
