The first one is a bit rougher, but fun. I don't know how much you'd enjoy it going back from Injustice 2, though, it's so much better. Highly recommend the DLC characters for Injustice 2 if you haven't done them.
Darkseid is my main, so yeah th DLC is very cool.

Story of my dog in spoiler tag.
Lost my best friend of 5 years to cancer last week, it went too quick. He was having trouble using the bathroom and was yelping out when he finally released. I took him to the vet the next day. They did a physical and found his prostate was enlarged and a mass on his large intestine. They wanted almost $600 for a scan and bloodwork to confirm if the mass was cancer. I asked what would be the next step? The vet said she would refer me to another vet over a hour away for surgery, around $3,000-$5,000 in cost. I told her to hold off and see if I could get the money together. She gave me some meds to help him use the bathroom and they worked for a day. Two nights after the visit he couldn't go at all and I stayed up all night with him till the vet opened the following morning. They took him on in and gave me a call 3 hours later. They went ahead with the scan and found the mass was alot bigger than she expected and did confirm it was cancer. She said that due to the size of the mass and his age surgery was out. She wanted to give him pain meds and muscle relaxers and send him home. I asked how long did he have and what would his quality of life be? She said not good, organs would start to shut down and he would have maybe 4 days to live. I told her I didn't want him to suffer longer than what he already has. At 4pm Thursday me and my family stayed with him till he went to sleep. He always stayed at my side no matter where I went in the house or out in the farm he wanted to be there. He was hard headed but goofy dog. I loved him since he jumped in my car 5 years ago, he was a rescue who was 5 at the time. If you have a pet give them a extra treat and a good belly rub in honor of my dog, Bruno.
I am very sorry for your loss.

I still have never played AC1 or AC2, just most of the later ones. I was concerned the play style wouldn't be so good after getting used to the "modern" style AC. It was still fun? How long did it take to beat?
Haven't played the newest ones, just 1, 2, and the 2 Windows Phone ones so can't compare with those. To get all achievements it took right around 30.

Looks like it's my turn for a piece of devastating personal news. I've been doing all the shopping for my grandfather during the pandemic so he can be safe at home. He is 86 years young. I've noticed that he has seemed off balance this last month and this week he actually asked me for help with yard work he likes to do himself. I felt like something was wrong but I thought maybe it was just because he had been sitting at home for 2 months not exercising. He is the type of person that does not tell family about issues he is having, he doesn't want to worry them. Yesterday he was complaining about stomach pain, he thought it was something he ate but he looked pretty rough when I saw him. This morning it was worse, we called 911 because he was pale and weak, unable to walk. It ends up he has really had pain for 4 days. They rushed him to the hospital and found internal bleeding. He was given a blood transfusion and the scans show intestinal blockage, likely cancer. He is having emergency surgery tomorrow morning. I'm completely fucked up right now trying to deal with it. He is the bravest bad-ass I know. A military veteran and the rock of our family. He is scared to death to be at the hospital right now with how bad the virus is here. We can call him, but no visitors allowed
Grandparents rule! Will be praying for him and your family.

Was this an email, a message on your Xbox, something that popped up as an ad on your Xbox?
It was an email.from Turn 10 asking If I wanted to participate in Xbox research and be compensated with a year of Game Pass Ultimate. Turn 10 has always been solid for rewarding research. They asked for me not to watch the.event live, but to wait until they send me a link and answer questions in a certain amount of time.

As someone who is in a similar position as you but also able to step back and see it from an outside perspective, this seems kind of silly (and I say this about myself as much or more than about your own comment). The only real game in the franchise that you have finished is the very first one from a decade ago and you apparently own several others and you're wondering about buying another one? This game will go on sale 10 more times for this price or better before you will even get to it and it will probably get remastered to Series X, Series Y, or PS6 someday.
All that being said, I've only finished one AC (Black Flag) and own several others and I am still tempted to buy this very same game you are.
Thanks! You helped me not see myself as a bad CAG for passing up a sale on a game I want to buy...eventually.
