How could I get 50 in PSN credit with this? The Best Buy store doesn't have it anymore for some very apparent reason.

It has been like this for months except during the last $15 off $75 about a month ago.

Yes, and it will take every single bit of the 20 days. Plus you are right that about 75% of the time it requires Customer Service. Use email, calling in sucks and email is more effective. I hopped off the GC train at Dell after getting fed up with it all (and their shitty packaging with unpadded envelopes).

Wow, exactly the same experience here. The latest type of packaging sealed the deal for me to not buy games from them anymore. I've received several damaged box new games due to their use of plastic bags for shipping.

Okay, new question: is Dell customer support amenable to applying gift cards to pre-orders that you've already made?

They will need to cancel and reorder.

Why does everyone keep expecting these expensive first party games go free on GwG or PS Plus? Even 3.5 year old launch titles like Knack and Ryse haven't gone free yet.

It's expect because it's a 1st/2nd party game which is much easier for MS themselves to offer than a 3rd party game. Granted, we may not see it for awhile but the chance is high.

The unknown release day, coupled with quality of port concerns, makes me think you should grab it on PS4.

Just heard the PC release is just 3 days after PS4. I'm not too worried about Platinum Games port to PC. They have been good thus far.
