You checked in Ubisoft Club and not the in-game store, right? I jumped in yesterday AM and was able to grab it.

I couldn’t tell from their description whether it was limited to the free weekend or they just launched/promoted during that time period to get people playing.

ya I can never get club to work on console within game so I jumped on pc and dlc was locked and said play during free weekend

The one that sells gift cards. If you have iTunes you can enroll through there and pay with iTunes gift cards which are often on sale. That’s what I do.
