Occultic;Nine game covers are just bursting with appeal.

So well rounded, and really pops off the cover.

And anyone who thinks they made the wrong choice, let's just nip it in the bud, and call it what it is; a titillating success.

Here's to hoping that many will be, touched, by the quality of this cover.

Hopefully you felt good about getting those puns off your chest.

The HD collection of Shadow of the Colossus is far superior to the original in framerate, being pretty much constant 30. The original Ps2 version was the one that had huge slowdowns averaging like 24-21.

I don't know about you guys, but I find even classifying FFXV as an RPG absurd.

Feels like there's just 5 or 6 weapons per category, ultima blade is able to be received by like chapter 4, and every new weapon you find is literally just an upgraded version of the previous one. There's no choice, cept the one where you chose which weapon you bash things to death with. I can't spec into being a pure mage, just being able to kill things a bit faster by whacking them to death. Oh cool! I can use magic AKA throw elemental grenades every once in a while. By that logic, I'll claim Far Cry 4 is an RPG. Least there I can either shoot things OR whack things till they die efficiently. Its got the open world and "crafting" system as this game as well, with a sprinkle of optional "Kill X of this monster for reward" bullshit. Not to mention stealth kills and a lackluster story.

Tldr: FFXV is Far Cry with tig ol bitties.

#13710108 Amazon Warehouse Deals Thread XVII (Buy 2 used games, get 20% off)

Posted by Quagmilion on 07 May 2017 - 02:30 PM

If anyone interested in Bravely Default on Amazon is wondering about a followup. I bought the game from Springfield Distribution. They still have some in stock for $51.99. I opened it and it seems like it is definitely a new copy. I checked the game and no save files were there. (I assume these can probably be deleted if it was used). This copy of the game has the "Fr" logo on the cover and has the manual in English and French. I believe this means it's from Canada? I had the same thing when I bought a copy of Ocarina of Time before it became a Nintendo Select.

I'm happy to finally have this game!

I'm so confused. Why overpay for a new copy if you're just going to open it up anyways. Wouldn't it make more sense to just buy a used one and delete the save?

Pretty much vote for your favorite Waifu from Persona 5, but there's a twist! In true Persona Harem fashion, you can vote up to 3 waifus, but the less you vote, the more weight your vote counts. 1 Waifu = 3 votes to your love, 2 waifus = 2 votes each, 3 waifus = 1 vote each.

Isn't that an unfair system where voting for 2 waifus gets you 4 points to contribute versus the 3 points for the other options? Don't want the true waifu to be eliminated by some guys who like threesomes...
Sae and Makoto ftw.

Steins Gate.

Terrible first impression. All the characters are extremely unlikeable, from a chick who just says Tuturu all day long leading me to believe that she's mentally retarded, to the rest of the cast showing different representations of autism. The first like 3-4 hours were a huge slog.

That being said, once you actually get to the story, everything just sort of clicks. You get used to the supremely obnoxious self insert spouting crap and you start bonding with these characters. Knowing all of these people's pasts and how they got to know you and how much they're willing to try and stuff just gets the feels going. You realize all the first impressions you had were just these people's quirks and that they're great people. You start to like the crap out of them. You want to just carry it out.

I got so engrossed in the story. The first half I beat over the course of like a month because it couldn't hold my attention. The last half... oh man. I pulled an all-nighter finishing the game, and its definitely one of my favorite visual novels I've ever played. This was at the European import price of like $40. For $3? Jesus, just get it.

Sun/moon/strength links don't need a Persona to level up. They advance everytime.

Didn't sell soma, beat the first 5 dungeons in one go on normal. There are SP items, theyre in the specific soda machines like the one by the laundromat and the one in the school courtyard. You also have to realize that physical skills are a thing and you can crit with them. Like Lucky punch has a huge crit chance, so you dont even need to target weaknesses. Armor has a huge impact on damage taken as well. If your Persona list is full, just go back to the velvet room and fuse them into each other to get some good shit. Trying to do the dungeon in one go makes this one of the harder Smt games which is refreshing. Love this game so far.

The game is fantasticly addictive. It's like a combination of dark souls and the diablo loot system which adds a lot of replay ability. Granted it's a cheap ploy to get more game time by repeating missions but dammit it's still working. Sucks so far is that the first 4 levels are pretty much identical to the ones in the demos but at least this time all the loot checking and forging isn't going to waste. Game feels a lot easier than the alpha though.
Biggest gripe is that hopefully the people playing don't mind that the bosses are much more difficult than the standard enemies and hopefully don't rage quit so we can see a sequel in the works.

I'm so glad this has online co-op, now me and BlackRockWaifu can be all Highschool of the Dead up in this game.

Haha I just remember reading about how they did the calculations of how fast they would have to be going for the bullet to be able to pass through them.

What do you guys use to list your Vita digital collection? Wanted to see if there are any PS+ Indie gems that I already own and may want to pick up after Ray Gigant but my download list with the stupid PS3 items, are getting impossible to navigate.

I recall there is a Github solution, but would like to confirmation from some of you here before I run a source that may need my PSN password (which I assume it does).

PSDLE is what I use. You log into the PS Store, click the button on the chrome bar, then you can sort all your lists nice and easily based on quite a bit of criteria.

As soon as you unlock your Vita, it will automatically display unlimited porn for your pleasure. To unlock it, just use this special code: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Select, Start.

Pretty sure that's only active if you update it with the Wave ™ technology that they stole from Apple. You can charge it in the microwave as well after the update! My workplace doesn't have an outlet but a sole microwave. Coworkers get pissed when I use it 2 hours a time during lunch though.
