Probably not repairable, but keep in mind the Xbox One isn't backward compatible so you will be unable to play any of your digital purchases or any 360 disk based games you currently own if you upgrade to an Xbox One. What you may want to do is check Craigslist where you can probably find a cheap 360 replacement and then wait until this holiday season to snag a killer deal on an Xbox One.
Or better yet keep an eye on cowboom. You might actually be able to get both for the price of just a new xbox one. a 250gb 360 is on sale for $70 on cowboom today and i see xbox ones on there for as low as $260 and maybe cheaper with a coupon

I'm going to wait for the PS4 "definitive edition" of Tomb Raider, and Halo has always just been a generic shooter to me. Only reason I played through Halo 4 was for the Amex / Best Buy achievement reward, and even then it was a pretty mediocre game. 343 Studios hasn't exactly been lighting up the world with their work as Halo 4 is often regarded as the worst in the series, Master Chief Collection was a disaster, and the Halo 5 beta seemed to get a pretty mixed reception. That said I'm still glad I have an Xbox One because I have Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon 2 and Dead Rising 3 sitting in my backlog and also I'll grab Ori when it goes on sale.
Gotta love momentum. I bought an xbox because my friend brought over halo 2 when i only had a gamecube at the time. I've now bought three xbox consoles because of a single franchise that hasn't been as good as it once was for a long time.

Has anyone played Killzone Shadow Fall? Opinions?
Was disappointed that they seemed to have made a more generic shooter rather than a "killzone" campaign. I hope they make something like 2 and 3 in the future. Otherwise I'm done with the franchise

Anyone have the western digital wd10s12x sshd installed? I am in the market for a new hd for the ps4. I like the idea of the seagatd 1 tb sshd. Seems to get good reviews. The drive I am looking at is a sshd from wd. It is a 1 tb sshd. The difference is it has 16gb nand vs 8gb on the seagate. Would seem like a slam dunk. I saw a question on Amazon stating it works in a ps4. It is listed on eBay as ps4 compatible. I have also seen posts on how it is not. Some of which are old and I wonder if they are on an old fw. One used reported issues coming out of rest mode.
Just curious of anyone had any experiences?
I think you'd be better off just getting 2tb for $15 more or so. If you have ps+ i doubt even 1tb is enough without micromanaging

i'll get around to the order eventually. Nothing I'm super excited about playing until the fall when Uncharted 4/Tomb Raider/Halo 5 all launch hopefully. Oh and people stop complaining about 5 hour long games. They are pretty much the perfect length game to play in 3 sittings without getting bored. Just wish they would charge less money for them.

oh I totally agree and it will be game of the Year Edition with all the DLC. Oh and frame rate unlocked.
Ps4 may be more powerful but honestly I've stopped caring. If they ps4 copy is sold out I'll buy the xbox version. I prefer the ps4 because of shorter install times and the dedicated share button but, if i don't intend on sharing stuff I don't really care. I'll say september for ps4 version though. I just preordered both Tomb Raider and Uncharted 4 because I love those games and that bear cover of game informer has got me pumped.

Glad I have an external drive or I wouldn't be able to download the Halo 5 beta which has a 10.27 gb download. My internal is maxed out with digital, would have sucked to delete those and then have to redownload them.
I broke down and sold my copy of COD to bestbuy and bought a 1tb western digital desktop drive with the money. I already have the docking station so for $20 or so for the bare drive after the trade in seems like a good investment

a multiplatform game is going to push 1 certain console? why, because they get over priced map packs a month early? highly unlikely, especially with CoD pre-order numbers down and down each year
$450 for the bundle is cheaper then $400+$60 for game and for a lot of people it's the only game they play. I also assume the 360 is the most played COD machine so if people want to upgrade which do you think they will pick? Also all the ads seem to portray the 360 version. Heck even if you buy the sso bundle and cod separately it's still only $10 more then the ps4

That's what I and countless of other CAGs have done. You don't need to explain to them why. Some even have them open without needing to ask them from the postal workers.
And if you think that you didn't get one because it wasn't with the other coupons it's on the back of the form itself as a cutout. Ended up getting 2 by going to two different post offices because I was too stupid to realize the first one actually had a coupon in it
