so far it's impossible to say they have warped. LIke I said earlier pretty sure mine wasn't perfectly level day one. Also read back in this thread a page or three for my reply to a video for the part of the video one might want to watch. IT contains an explanation for why your Switch might not be perfectly level.

Yes there are probably other explanations too. We agree that it is not a problem yet but there is no harm in people being aware of it. If some people here take a few mentions as a epidemic then what are you going to do? Not like anything would convince them otherwise.

Yes some switches have appeared to warp after extended use in the dock. So far it is impossible to say how many or if it is a wide spread problem. 20 twitter posts of 5 million consoles does not a trend make. But it should be on everyone's radar as a possible thing in the future.

In Topic: Get an XB1 Elite controller for $70 with controller trade at Best Buy

Elite is a fantastic controller. Have been using it since near release. Mine is from AWD so I paid $90 some for it. Even with it being used it seems to be holding on well. (I don't play on on controller as much as I used to though)

It is hard to say if the quality is an issue. There has been no recall, but thumbsticks falling apart seems to be the biggest issue. If you watch those compilation videos of Xbox slims, Ps4s, or Switches failing then you would expect them all to be broken too. Worst that can happen is you have to exchange it.

That system is basically going to be a Wii U port-machine for at least the next two years, and home to just old games already out on other machines ages ago.

Your summary here comes off as rather negative, and I'm not sure if you mean that purposefully.  Nintendo has new Nintendo games coming (including the very anticipated Odyssey and Metroid), a good assortment of indie games, and that portability factor that seems to be the systems most popular selling point.  In addition to these things there are ports of games no one played, and portable versions of games on other machines.

Not a "for sure" slam dunk, but could lead to good things if they fix their supply constraints.

The game is fine, but the controls are so unique that I understand why the majority of people don't like them.  When the highlight of the series, SF64, was based on tight controls and high scores... yeah it's not a surprise how this all turned out.  Not to mention the whole doubling down on an idea that was basically already rejected by the gaming public.  Actually not even that.  SF Zero had big parts that required looking at both screens at the same time.  It was no Mario Maker in terms of using the Wii U's features positively...
