"Us true cags" huh...
Been here for over 10 years, you've been here for 4.
Actually start threads and share deals, your last thread was last year.
Good on you for actually making post but I don't think your 1k+ post match up to my 6k+.
You talk about "bottom feeders" yet I've never seen you in any thread that isn't talking about eShop and PSN deals that you only talk about and not actual share any.
So sorry if you don't like the GCU is gone talk especially since so many people used it for years. You can crawl back to the eShop and PSN thread where I doubt you'll see much GCU talk to bother your soft head with.
Don’t mind him man. He calls others out for not being a true CAG but we all know a true CAG takes deals where ever they are.
If Best Buy wanted to spend the last 5 years making deals easy for us, a true CAG would say “yes and thank you! I’ll take that!”.
TL;DR: A deal is a deal and a true CAG knows that.

Always print your order confirmation. In my case I do not have a printer but if you're on windows with adobe, you can print and select "Print to PDF" and it will just save a pdf of the "print" that you can keep for your records and send to yourself to print elsewhere if needed.
I save every purchase I make online in this way.
This is exactly what credit card companies want if you file a dispute....the order confirmation with the items, the card used, your name and address, and the dollar amount.
You provide that and CC companies pretty much never side with the retailer/hotel/ etc.

Buying loot crates with in-game money is not the issue. Having them available with real money is the issue (with balance).
If the loot crates can be purchased with in game credits only and players say they are frustrated at how slow they are and don’t want to play anymore, the game devs can re-balance the drop rate or the credit cost etc to keep the game moving at an enjoyable (but still slow enough to be rewarding) pace.
If they are available for real money, the game devs just see the gamers complaints about the boring or slow slog that isn’t fun and then shrug their shoulders and say “well that’s not true but if you feel it is, you can just buy some crates”
Actually, they aren’t just doing that, it’s worse because they are actually incentivized to slow the pace too far specifically so that players will want to buy crates for real money.
If crates could ONLY be purchased with in game credits, then pretty much every single game with crates like that would have them much cheaper and drop more often.

(Full disclosure, I own both and Xbox and PS4 and I don’t have a favorite. Last two months my current games are FH3, Horizon Zero Dawn, GTA5 on both consoles, Destiny 2, and an older one, but Borderlands2)
$145 for an X1 is still too much for something with no exclusives.
Ori and the Blind Forest, Halo, Gears of War, Forza. (Hell, Forza Horizon 3 is worth the price alone, one of the most beautiful games released and has the gameplay to back up the graphics)
Plenty of others if you look for them.
Crackdown 3, Sea of Thieves, and State or Decay 2 are on their way.
Rise of the Tomb Raider was a 1 year wait etc.
I’m not even including games like Cuphead, Quantum Break, or Sunset Overdrive because I don’t feel like they were top-tier titles.
If you’re actually interested, here is a list of exclusive Xbox One titles released and pending
And it’s not an exclusive, but Minecraft on PS4 is getting seriously left behind.

You can get a 2 day trial membership activated for free up to (7?) times on your PlayStation if you aren’t currently a plus member.
Go to settings/application saved data management/online storage. Since you aren’t a member, you can’t access it but when you try to it will pop up two options. 2 day free trial and the option to purchase for a month.
Choose the 2 day free and you’re now a plus member.
To download the psplus free games you’ll need to reboot the console (or sign out and back in again possibly?)
Hope this helps!

My store has some but ridiculously overpriced (fora horizon 2 $45, the new ghost recon $50).
Have pre-owned games completely disappeared?
The more digital games we buy the less physical copies they will make and the less copies there will be out there for resale until eventually all games will be digital.
The best way to buy used games is via ebay though.
The stores will always be high because they want to increase profit over their purchase of the game from the original buyer.
Look for those two games on ebay and you'll find them significantly cheaper. (Forza Horizon 2 I found a bunch for about 17-21 brand new and 13-19 used) They are usually 40 new digitally unless on sale and then it's usually about 20-25. Ghost Recon Wildlands is 30-40 new or 25-30 used it seems. Compared to 50-60 new digitally still.)
Upside: Instant downloads without shipping.
Downside: no used game market at all so if you want a game, you have to pay whatever they post it for. (Of course the usual supply and demand is there fluctuating prices, but the point is still valid, it's one less "competition" they have to worry about, the aftermarket)
Also, no more "my friend has it and will let me borrow it for free"

Came for the new games announced. Got a bunch of armchair video game industry analysts who live in their moms basement. Cag never disappoints.
We're discussing it.
It you wanted a rehash list of what's announced, just watch a YouTube video or something.
This is called a forum. Look up "forum" and you'll understand why discussion is occurring.

Consoles are about keeping everyone on the same hardware and not building pc's piecemeal.
Buy an Xbox one for 399.
Trade it in or sell it for 100
Buy a Xbox One S for 299.
Trade it in or sell it for 100 (tiv at bb and GameStop are 75)
Buy a Xbox one X for 499.
We're only 4 years in and we've now spent 900 dollars on a console.
That means that this thing NEEDS to be the most fantastic, incredible, most beautiful console on the planet.
And it isn't. It has to be godly and PERFECT at this price point.
And it isn't.
Which is too bad because I was very excited for it.
(Full disclosure, I currently own a Xbox One S, PS4, and PC. Just so people don't respond with "fanboy" posts.)

I've actually enjoyed what they've shown so far minus the "more minecraft" section. Don't know what you guys were expecting to be so negative.

The most powerful gaming console ever.
We were expecting the most beautiful games ever seen on a console with the longer draw distances, no drop in, and running 4K at 60fps.
Also...halo. C'mon we all know it. Everyone on this planet expected Halo.
