I knew GMG's $30 was a pricing error but I'm worried about buying it from a place like CDKeys. I'm not real sure about a places like that. I'm still kinda noobish about stuff like this so I don't trust a lot of sites. Thanks for the (a little too late) advice. Next time I need something I'll ask here first.
No more than 30 tops because it could have been had from even (semi) legit stores like GMG for that much. I've seen it going for as low as $15 in some cases. Probably in the $20-$25 range right now is a bit more realistic.

Hmmm... that's what I wanted to know. Funny thing is: I keep getting emails from IGN.com endorsing them. It must be some kinda shady deal. A "We're legit IGN, we swear!" I'm sure some C level clerk there checked them out by Googling them and said, "Meh, seems Legit..."
I haven't and I won't.
There's a reason the regulars here swear off places like CDKeys.com - they're re-sellers. It's less of an issue of whether the key will activate (you're probably ok), it's more a question of whether it stays in your library and how long for.
You don't know where that key has come from and how it was paid for. If it's been bought on a stolen credit card, expect the key to be revoked and your library to lose a game.
It's up to you if you want to take the risk, but it's shady stuff and your concerns are justified. In my personal opinion you're better buying from a legit site like GMG.
Nobody in their right mind should be recommending re-seller sites like CDKeys.com with a clear conscience.
Nuuvem it is them.

Maybe that's why (s)he is losing his internet? I mean there only so much jiggling booty a person can watch.
Maybe instead of spending your day trying to find cheap steam keys, you should get a job and pay your internet bill.
Also, download some porn. You'll thank me later.

Thanks. I did just that and got those games you mentioned.
Assuming we're talking about the same Enclave, there should still be Steam keys available for free at dlh.net (plus for a couple of other games). You just need to register and look in your profile.
