out of all the cancellation sent, only one person received about the mistake? dont hold your hopes up, even gs cs don’t know whats going on.


Looks like two of us have, although I think both were in response to emails we sent asking about the respective orders.

I sent an email about b2g2 canceled order, and I was told that it was an error and to disregard it. It's in writing!

Edit: here is the full text:

I apologize for the inconvenience.

This was an automated message sent by error to users with orders waiting for availability, but the order was not canceled and you can ignore the message.
