Game of the Generation thus far.  I imagine a GOTY edition will be coming out before the end of the year, since both expansion packs have been finished.  Still worth getting at this price though. 

I'm holding out for this price on the digital version of the GotY. Deals like this make it hard, but then I just think about my backlog, and how little I actually get to play anymore, and somehow I'm still staying strong,

I played a little Battleborn last night. I'm a huge Borderlands fan, but never really liked mobas. I enjoyed my time with the beta, and will pick it up, just maybe not at launch. I really enjoyed playing as Thorn, but didn't have as much fun with the one support character available (I forget the name). I don't know if the mix of characters my buddy and I used was better, or if we just got better our 2nd time through, but we did way better when I was support and he was Rath.

As someone who has worked a register for retail before, it's much easier said that done. When you've been making change for the past eight hours and your mind is numb and dull, you would rather just grab a calculator than try to jump start your brain again. 

Very much so. And this may come as a surprise to some, but this easy, mundane job is not most employees' passion. I would smile, carry on a meaningless conversation while scanning and bagging, and process payment while not paying attention at all. So when someone would hand me that extra quarter, it's not that I couldn't do the math. It's that I was thinking of something completely different and couldn't even tell you what your total was anymore, because we were past that part of the process in my mind. Don't get me wrong, some people running registers have no business doing so, but we aren't all stupid.

On topic, I hope I remember to buy Baseball Riot today. It looks kinda fun, but I keep forgetting.

I don't like scary games (movies, etc) either, but I have all 3 Dead Space games in my backlog. Just do what I plan on doing - play during the daytime!

For anyone else wondering, a Dorbz seems to be like Pop vinyl. 

Wow, this is incredibly difficult. I think a top 10 would still be hard. One indicator for me is how much gamerscore I got in a particular game. Sure there are exceptions (Hasbro Family Game night, I'm looking at you), but generally if I was willing to put in the time, I really loved the game.

It's almost painful to leave out the Mass Effect trilogy. Dishonored doesn't get nearly enough love. Portal, Far Cry 3, Ass Creed, Bioshock, Arkham, Left 4 Dead. Sooo many great games.

No.  You have the same options you had before plus one more: Buy digital and two consoles can access the content.  

The options I had before are out, as I said I only want to buy digitally. My buddy that I game share with and I play all coop and multiplayer games together, so discs are out for us now.

No. Price matching at TRU overrides all other sales/offers.

I'll throw my 2 cents in as far as Alpha Protocol goes. It's one of only a couple of games that I actually played all the way through twice (and that's saying something if you look at the number of games I've played). The biggest thing I suggest when playing it is to know that you're playing an RPG. Not a shooter. Lots of people complained that they shot someone point blank and missed. That's because, like with most RPGs, you have to increase that particular skill in order for it to be effective.

As for the deal as a whole, I'm happy with it. Will probably pick up multiple sets of 3.
