So I used the cancel technique to order WWE 2k22 ($70) x 3. I then immediately canceled two of them and with my red card as well as a birthday coupon I used on deal my total is currently $50.96 for the one game. My math said it should have been about 45. I see I’m being charged tax on the original full amount. Do they charge the correct tax once all is said and done bring my total down the other $5 I see I’m being overcharged currently? Anyone have experience with this? I’ve seen this deal multiple times but never taken advantage until today so any help would be appreciated.

For what it's worth, I've been using this cancel method multiple times per sale for several years now with no negative consequences.

With all this uncertainty with GameStop, and a complete inability to place pre-orders, I just caved and ordered the three Monster Hunter amiibos from Amazon Japan. Even after international shipping, it ended up being slightly cheaper than buying from GameStop. Now I don't have to drive myself nuts checking my local store in vain every day.

Switch or Ps4 version?

PS4 is the superior version on this if you don't care about portability, apparently the Switch copy has longer loading times and muddy textures.

So after I got ys 9, re 8 and mass effect I decided to pick up some more. Did the cancel trick to get the vader psvr for 20. Though I accidentally cancelled the whole order with Vader in it and had to reorder lol. I also got both ori switch games for 48. For some reason my debit red card was getting declined so I lost out on the %5 off on ori. I hardly use the red card so I’m thinking I triggered a fraud alert or something. Didn’t receive any calls though. Maybe I was just spending too fast compared to hardly ever using it. Hopefully it will fix itself.

It will within a few days. The same thing happened to me maybe two years ago with one of these sales, where I had put in maybe five orders in one day. Like you suspected, it's a fraud precaution, and as your current orders ship out, you'll be able to place more.

I can confirm that the Best Buy trials work just fine for watching Wonder Woman 84.

Sooo question, best buy shipped me one of my items, security case and all. Any ideas how I can get this open? Or do I try to explain to customer service with my order number and tracking number for proof?

I had this happen with a Target order once. I just brought them right to Customer Service in-store and they opened the cases. I'd bring everything including the box they arrived in to be on the safe side.

Did it include the artbook?

Mine arrived today, and yes, it did.

The PS4 version has a slip cover and an inner case. This will likely be the most sought after version in the future due to its uniqueness.

Not just a slipcover, but the entire case looks like it's cardboard. No thanks.
