Do you send the guitar alone or do you include the dongle and/or game? I am 0 for 3 in sending in only the guitar.

Yes, if the guitar requires a dongle I included it (as well as the strap). The guitars that come with them are useless without them and the dongles are often worth a decent amount of money if you sell to someone who lost or broke theirs. Probably would have to get extremely lucky for it to be accepted.

One of my trades was GH2 with guitar bundle for PS2 and in that case I included the game. Majority of my guitars include original box too although that shouldn't matter.

Other than those headphones I posted about recently all my recent trades are going through fine.  Only have one guitar hero guitar still in processing at the moment and just mailed off a pair of PS move controllers today for around $50 credit.  4 guitars accepted so far plus an extra wireless receiver for a guitar and two GH World Tour drum pedals.  Might try a few more guitars if I decide to get rid of them.

Not strictly video game related, but I just had wireless headphones rejected with reason "Sound quality is flawed".  A tiny bit of static can be heard when input sound is quiet but that is the case with any of these headphones and nothing else could be considered a flaw.  Should I send them in again and hope for a different grader?  Really only thing that worried me a bit is the original Sony battery died and it is using a non-OEM battery pack which works fine.

I don't like the idea of resending something that was rejected when Amazon is known to ban accounts although I haven't heard of trade-in related bans.  Got several Rock Band / Guitar Hero guitars in the process of being graded too and worried about rejections even though they work perfectly.  So very possible I might have to resend some of those too.

Is it instant for anyone, I ended up getting a box I entered and they didn't respond back.

It has been in previous years.  I submitted my code via text a few minutes ago and also got no reply.  I get a reply if I send HELP though (the standard HELP reply that is, nothing to do with my code).  Went online to do it instead and of course it says invalid code now.  With my luck I probably won and it didn't text me the message.  Tired of issues with these Taco Bell promotions.  I mean I have never had it not respond, but getting already used codes has happened multiple times.
