Just to confirm, I did get $64 total for Super Mario 3d all stars:  $40 base with 60% bonus (including Pro).  Tails of Iron PS5 is $7 base if anyone else was wondering, not listing a value on GS site.

I am now seriously considering trading in my 2 year old PS5 for $425 and buying a new one with GS credit.  Confirmed this trade total over the phone with one of my local stores.  Nothing wrong with the PS5, but I have put quite a number of hours on it, non smoking household.

How dumb/smart is this idea?

Wow.  I don't normally go out of my way to get trophies when playing games, but I have to brag a little.

After all these years, I finally got my first platinum in Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights, woohoo!  It was a great game and I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence about it.

I played the whole game docked and it looked like crap and the font they used was almost unreadable.  However, this game plays similarly to SOTN/Bloodstained/GBA or DS Castlevanias and I absolutely loved it.  Been a bit since I played it but I really liked how they did the loot system.  You get unique drops from different monsters and they can also have different levels of quality/rarity.

If anyone can suggest other newer games like this, please let me know.  If they ever do a sequel or "spiritual successor" I would be all over it.

Just got this and have not played yet, but the gameplay videos I saw looked really fun.  It's a variation of the "color matching" puzzle game.

Was watching just fine on steam.tv and then it froze.  reloaded the page now it says failed to load live broadcast every time.

I didn't get much for Black Friday and nothing for Cyber Monday, I set a limit for myself of $20 for any games I was interested in.  Like most others on CAG, I have a pretty large backlog so I just didn't see any sense in grabbing a bunch of stuff that I can't even get to yet.

I ended up getting Tekken 7 definitive edition for PC for $10 and Doom 2016 PC for $5 from Newegg, intended to get those for a while.  Also got $20 Dying Light 2 for PS5 from Walmart, and Resident Evil Village PS5 and Capcom Fighting Collection PS4 from Gamestop for $20 each, both "Gamestop new", ugh.

I remember some nice surprises from Cyber Monday in previous years, mainly from Gamestop but this year was PFFFFT.

I will say that I pulled Ghost of Tsushima DC PS5 out of my backlog with all the mentions of sales on that recently, that is one of the best open world games I have played in recent memory.  It is so well done, I am completely impressed with it.  I am currently pretty far into Act 2 as best as I can tell.  If you have that game in your backlog, you should make it next on your list, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as I was.  I usually space out the open world/sandbox games a lot just because they tend to be somewhat exhausting after a while.  I recently finished Zelda BOTW and then Maglam Lord PS4, then started GoT DC, it is an awesome game.

Could've gotten a Series X for $400 from Microsoft Store via Instagram. That is legit the best deal you could've gotten minus random stroke of luck on Amazon Warehouse for a dinger.

Thanks, yeah I got enough 20% off Xbox credit from Dollar General, so basically same thing.  Just figured MS store would reduce the extended warranty like they have done previously, I will just continue to wait and see what happens.

I have plenty to keep me busy.

Ff13-2 for me. Too bad the real game sucked.

I had the opposite with Nioh.  The demo sucked but the full game was a lot of fun for me.

The only reason I got the full game was that it was cheap at Gamestop and I had a lot of credit.  Still gotta get around to playing Nioh 2 at some point!

I had an old 2 year gold code and got three 3 month gold codes from cdkeys a couple of months ago for $5.79 a piece.  Did the autopay/cancel for each code to get to 3 years of gold, then did the $1 conversion to GPU since I have not had it before.  About $70 for 3 years of GPU, I'm pretty happy with that and it was thanks to tips in this thread.

Shameless plug: my game Emerald Shores is $1.74 ($0.99) in the PlayStation Indies Sale.. basically "Super Mario World with light RPG elements + sidequests + minigames," about a 1-2 hour main story and about a 3-4 hour plat.  Cross-buy with the PS Vita version (Vita version should show up as "Free" after buying the PS4 one).  There's also a free strategy guide available here

Glad to see these becoming more available.  I'm trying to be patient and hold out for the next special edition console.
