... Also, is Strider 2 a good buy? ...
I'd absolutely say so. A lot of people knock it for being easy to complete since you have unlimited continues, but if you're the type of gamer who tries to get as far as they can only a single credit you'll get a lot of replay out of it. The game also includes a pretty nice port of the original Strider arcade game that features a remixed soundtrack and a few new unlockables.

I was thinking about picking up a GTX 970, but was wondering if getting either the GTX 980 or GTX 980 Ti was worth the extra funds as they are quite a bit more. Anyone tried out a couple of these and have any opinions ?
The 970 suffers a serious hit to its performance when a game tries to access anything beyond the card's initial 3.5GB of VRAM. The 980 doesn't have that problem.
You may just want to wait things out though as the next generation of video cards are suppose to launch in the first half of next year and are said to be a considerable step up from the 900 series.

I ended up making a spreadsheet of all my digital downloads from PlayStation by going through my transaction history. Not sure why they can't make it easy like the xbox website, where you can see a list in alphabetic order of all your digital games. If there is a way I'd like to know too. I have approx. over 150 games via PlayStation , mostly from just these sales and PS+.

Must have been fixed because now all the tables are showing prices or "unavailable" for me.
I'm still seeing the tables listed for their regular price in the PSN store too, but they're still playable in game. The game downloads all the tables as part of a patch, whether you bought those tables or not. Supposedly the newest patch just unlocks all the tables without checking to see what you have and haven't bought.
All you need to download is just the free base game like normal. You don't need to download any of the DLC separately.

So it seems like the 1.02 update for Pinball Arcade unlocks all the tables for free. Normally you can just download the base client for free, but now all the additional tables are also listed as "purchased" now. There's no need to download anything separately beyond just the base game.
I've only tested this on the PS4 version.
This is probably just a glitch and won't last very long so enjoy the tables while you can.
Edit: And now some people on Reddit are reporting it's no longer working so YMMV.

Really can't recommend the Gradius Collection enough. It includes the excellent Gradius Gaiden which was unreleased here for years until this collection hit and second-hand copies typically sells for $30-40 for that game alone. I'd even go so far to say that the Gradius Collection is the best retro collection available on the PSP. The game can be played on a Vita if you transfer it via a PS3.
