an elitist mentality, what a suprise...
Oh no - how dare does BBY's Elite program honor those who shop there the most? What's the point of having a special tier program like that if BBY gives the same benefit to everyone?

The first word next to your username is Porn, so clearly you are not a champion of women. Unless you watch porn not involving women in which case I'll give you a pass, but porn is very degrading to women, more so than a dumb joke about a bunch of perverts who lives and legacy are in complete ruin and I'll drink to that.
Not sure why I capitalized porn either, it's not a noun or anything.
I Think making a shitty joke at the expense of women sexually abused trumps me making a custom tag relating to a Skold vs. KMFDM song. So I remain adamant in telling you to go yourself.

Gotta love Destiny 2 having the $35 expansion right off the bat a la Destiny 1. I bought a PS4 solely for the release of Destiny 1 because at the time Bungie was a top tier developer. Destiny 1 digital deluxe edition (with the 2 expansions) was the first game I pre-ordered/bought digitally. They made quality of life improvements, but it was pretty rough being there from the start trying to farm resources on each location by driving your sparrow in circles and quickly running out of content. I spent hundreds and hundreds of hours in the game waiting for a goddamn Gjallarhorn to drop which I didn't get until like June the next year. Once I started realizing that I wasn't having fun and what a time suck the game was, I chose not to re-up for The Taken King. which was probably one of the top 3 best gaming decisions I have ever made. Will avoid Destiny 2 like the plague.

Yeah, as shit as "N" is 90% of the time, they do allow for transfer of games from one system in a line to another. I've done 4-5 3DS transfers personally, and while rather time consuming, the process in general worked rather well. Everything stays 100% as it was, from folders, to settings. I've only done the Vita transfer 2 times I believe, and that wasn't so much a transfer, as it was just deactivating one system, and reactivating another. But when your done, nothing is saved, so you have to re-do folders(bubbles), wallpapers, etc and it's a HUGE pain in the ass.
So "N" while doing something that is way out of touch with the current industry standards, I do give them credit, but of course a unified account would be best, but that seems like it will never happen. Hell, how long will it even take for VC and other online features to even start? These guys biggest revenue stream should be their past library, and it's really an after thought to them most of the time, which shows how clueless they are more often than not.
Why do you even post if "N" is such shit? You can post paragraphs of garbage but can't type Nintendo? do you even own a switch? Why are you here? Why do you have the most posts in this thread?
Questions never too be answered.

Please send me a new PM on July 4th, it is hard to keep track of all this.

I returned it. I clearly said that the first time.
I read online from Best Buy's website about their opened game return policy:
Opened computer software, movies, music or video games can only be exchanged for an identical item.
To me, I didn't know "identical" = the same exact game. I thought I would be able to get a different game, since I no longer needed Tekken and as long as I got a "video game", that would fall in line with the identical item clause. The manager of the store was behind the counter at the time, and heard the cashier was going to give me another Tekken. He stepped in and said giving me store credit was ok... which I then in turn used that store credit towards the Gold PS4 Slim.
Is that return fraud?
I guess IQs dropped sharply in here since my last post. You can only return opened items, defective or otherwise, for the exact same item, which they would open in front of you so you can't return something sealed.
You had a manager in a good mood to pull that one off, as they can't re-sell it and they'll probably just defect it instead of take the hit. They should have just told you go get bent and go trade it into GS.
It's not return fraud, it's buyer low intelligence or literacy issues.
