#12986197 Fallout 4 Gold Edition @ Best Buy $84.99 ($68.00 GCU)

I sold the sh@t out of my backlog last year, couldn't be happier. I look at cheapassgaming an getting the games I want to play for as low price as possible and Im better now at judging wether I will play a game or not, due to time constraints. I have no backlog at the moment.  However I recently got a pistol permit, and Im now collecting pistols which is a whole new level of expense.

I'm with you, I took a hard look at my stuff and either started playing the stuff I truly wanted to play and sold everything else. I love games, but the idea of keeping them in a "collection" makes less sense to me for everything that isn't a true favorite. I don't have the time to randomly play 10-20+ hour games that aren't truly special to me. I have shrunk from well over 120 games to more like 70, and downsized from all current and last gen consoles to just PS4/X1/PC (still own my big 3 last gens).

Although all these damn PS2 collections are just so daunting. I finally beat Kingdom Hearts 1.5 (skipping the Chain of Memories after reading the story) though!

Singularity is a solid ass game. I genuinely enjoyed all of it- it felt like another Bioshock game with a twist. I urge anyone on the fence to try it (although the controls felt better on 360 than PS3 to me).

It just felt great, had a solid atmosphere and light RPG mechanics, and had a fairly gripping story. I say go for it!

They also sometimes only put a sticker on the display copy, so a popular game where they have more might not get a sticker. My Wolfenstein only had the one on the back for the scanner.

I beat Sleeping Dogs on PS3 and PS4. The PS4 version looks nicer and plays better on the PS4 controller, but I encountered far more glitches in that version. It was almost constant. I personally prefer the PS3 version. The DLC is completely throwaway.

Fantastic game either way though.

Metal Gear Solid 4 finally came out for 360 and Gamestop already has it used! They are truly industry leaders.

Weird that Uncharted 1 isn't on there.

Nope. I tried yesterday. It takes it off the lowest game. Which made it free for me, then B2G1 just makes the free game free. Complete waste of $x off coupons. Now I have $40 off and NOTHING to use them on at Lamestop.

Lame. I have a decent amount of credit there because of different promotions but their prices are just so awful that I never want to actually spend the points because it feels like spending way too much.  I might just convert it all to Amazon money, but I'd rather have BB like most.  Also have a 13k in rewards points just sitting there.

Bleh.

Definitely getting Diablo III, Alien Isolation, The Evil Within, Metro Redux, and Wolfenstein. Might grab Sleeping Dogs and Dishonored GOTY. So many good deals.

Kinda bummed that the sale starts at 5 on Thanksgiving though. We can just get these online right?

These seem like the ones everyone is considering right now.   I've already beat/traded Wolfenstein, and I'm waiting till it hits $20 ($16 GCU) at BB.  I bought Diablo 3 as part of my B2G1 at Target, and haven't opened it yet.  Not sure if I want to even risk taking it back since I might not go out on BF with the general lackluster sales this year.

Sleeping Dogs, Metro and Alien have me interested, but I have beat Sleeping Dogs (PS3) and have no problem waiting.  And I passed up Alien and Metro for so long and have so much else to play that I'm not in a rush.

I loved Ground Zeroes.  Recently went back to it and got all the patches and did the extra missions (the platform exclusive missions are no longer tied to each system family, which is nice).  Some of the best stealth gameplay out there, easily the best on the current gen systems.

Is dark souls 2 at 40 bucks a good deal? I'm debating if I should get it or wait.

Cheapest (non-glitch) retail price I've seen so far.  Thinking of picking it up myself, not sure.

Traded in some stuff with the 30% + 10% PUR + 10% GI Coupon, everything stacked except PUR on system:

5-17

PS Vita system - $80 (No PUR stack here)

16 GB Mem - $14.50

Tearaway - $9

LittleBigPlanet (vita) - $5

Persona 4 Golden - $8

Killzone Mercenary - $15 (bought it for ~14 from Best Buy, not a bad flip in the end considering the bonuses)

The Vita had a good run, but I don't see anything on the horizon that I care about and I just don't have room in my life for two handhelds.  Got ~80% of the money I invested in it back through the trade, not bad for 6 months of ownership this late in system's life.  PS Vita plus 16 GB on BF for $150 was nice. :)
