I'm most likely going to cancel, I just wanted to lock in an order and will wait for some unboxing videos to see the statue before I decide. If it's plastic, it's an EASY cancel, and likely is one even if it's resin or a higher quality material. FF is my favorite series though, it's the only reason I'm going to ponder it. If it was some shooter, then forget it. Only a handful of series I'd consider paying that kinda dough for a CE. FF is one.

 

Anyway, at this rate, we are going to start seeing $500 CEs within a couple years. They keep getting more expensive.

This is exactly my thoughts too.  SE does not charge up front, so it is easy to lock in a preorder.  I'm hoping to see the statue's size and quality before I decide.  But I don't buy many CEs anymore, so I don't mind splurging on a crazy one for an IP I love.  The $350 price tag did make me pause enough to be a couple thousand in queue even though I was refreshing the second it went live lol.

Targets buy 2 get 1 free is a must for niche game buyers. Lots of pre-orders (I got Trails, Loop and Monster Menu) and recent releases. I should have waited for this sale as I just received Harvestella (sold out though) yesterday and it's in here as well. All the recent S-E games are there (Valkyrie, Star Ocean, Diofield), as well as Chaos Head and otome games as well. Don't miss it as they might cut off pre-orders probably.

Ohh ty for the heads up! I normally don't have much I want when these sales are going, but I was planning on grabbing Demon Gaze Extra, Loop8 and Void Terrarium 2 anyways.

Question- if I order an in stock item with a preorder at NISA, I know my order won't ship until everything is available but will they charge me for the in stock item now? Or later when it ships with my preorder? 

I've done that multiple times in the past to get free shipping and they have always charged later. Most recent example was my Disgaea 6 preorder and The Cruel King and the Great Hero

For the Amazon.jp site, it has a built in language selector.  Hit the three dashes and scroll to the bottom.  Tap the third to last option with a globe icon next to it.  That brings you to the language selector.  The second option is English.  

Is there anything to buy on Play-Asia before the free shipping is over?

There were tons of things I wanted.  Unfortunately, I had already just done an order before the sale started for Onechanbara Origins and Legend of Mana.  I nearly got the Atelier collections for the switch, but I think I want the ps4 versions instead.  In the end I grabbed - They are Billions, The Great Ace Attorney, and Romancing Sage 3 (Thanks to Vigilante for the heads up  ). 

 

Melty Blood, Fatal Frame, Super Robot Wars 30 were some others I was considering.  I will most likely grab Melty Blood before the free shipping ends.  Plus with the free shipping, a lot of UK imports were cheaper than amazon uk. 

Anyone else getting the PS5 version of Tales of Arise collecters?

Yep! Tales of is one of the few games I still get CEs for, so I'm pretty hyped.

I'm irritated that I wasn't able to get an order in for a Zelda steelbook. But I don't pay $100 for physical games that I can get for $50 either. This is 2021. Put that money towards hardware/televisions instead. This is what I'm thinking about.

That is the one I was about to buy. But I'm using all my will power to wait for the 42" coming. I play at a desk, and I think 48" is a tad big for my set up. But I nearly cave every week, so I hope the 42" comes soon.

Does anyone order from play Asia often? They have some interesting physical games browsing their stuff and not sure if I want to order anything. They have the Final Fantasy 7-9 physical versions for switch among other things. Had those for a while. Pondering ordering.

I order from them often. They are dependable and everything comes in great condition. They are even cheaper for UK imports sometimes. The few times items have gone oos before they could ship them to me, they had great communication. They offered me my choice of refund or credit with no problems

Anybody try to order the MHS2 CE in store? I read on some fb groups that they could order instore, but mine flatout denied my preorder and said it was online only??

I just ordered mine in store. The girl asked if I meant the "99 dollar gold edition". The receipt does say CE tho.

Does anyone here have any plans for when they run out of CE space?

 

I saw some people say they're gonna throw away the outer boxes and package the contents elsewhere. For those who are OCD about that kinda stuff, have you made any plans. I did a general estimate, and I'm likely to run out of adequate space by the end of this year. Then I'll have decisions to make.

I hit my critical limit a couple years ago.  My solution was horrible.  I just slowed down to a crawl on buying them. I now stick to CEs for IPs I love.  I also ended up rearranging them a bit so I can display more at a time.  And I made the tough call of storing some of the smaller ones, like the Play Asia releases.  

Anyone know where I can harvest pebbles in atelier Rorona plus? Need 5 more to craft gold.

A lot of places -  • Nearby Forest    • Ortoga Ruins   • National Mines   • Traveler's Way   • Catacombs.  I'm pretty sure I remember that creatures can drop them too.  But couldn't find any info on that.

I ended up having UPS send me a detailed update via email to finally see where my Nier was.  I hate the new layout on UPS.
