I just cancelled my xbox one order and put in for cash instead.  Ive been waiting since Nov, 19th without a response from them.  Hopefully I get my cash sooner then the x1 lol...

 

Was the paypal account under your name by any chance?  I dont have a verified paypal account under my name anymore so I just put in the notes to deposit it into my girlfriends account.

Under my wife's name, different last name and all. You should be fine as long as it's verified... once they actually send the money anyway!

Setting up the Xbox One I purchased with my money now. $466.99 out of pocket after 10% employee discount and $10 gift card I got for Christmas. Cost me nothing. I just want to thank everyone for helping me out. Good luck to all those waiting on their rewards. I hope the conga line picks up!

That proves it then. They only sent my money because I kept bitching. lol... So, here's my advice to anyone wanting cash via PayPal: Explicitly state in the comments section of the order form that you wish to receive payment via PayPal, provide a verified PayPal email address, and if you need to contact Trainn (which you almost certainly will) submit a support ticket rather than an email. After that, keep bitching until they pay you.

Got this update to my support ticket about an hour ago:

 

Re-attempted payments are not issued issued at the same time as the standard payments. Re-attempts occur at the very end of the day.

 

A previous support ticket reply was not provided as there were not any opened until 12/27, not due to the inclusion of the BBB.

 

Regarding the BBB, the reason for such is we do not provide priority support through the Better Business Bureau. The highest priority is provided to users using the support methods on our sites as it is the fairest method possible to all and the only necessary step should any issues arise. 

 

Further, claims submitted using the BBB system are often provided to us on a delayed basis after they have been processed and reviewed by them, many times long after any issue has already been resolved using the support methods on our sites.

 

Once the requests are submitted to us, they are then answered on batch basis and, as when involving the BBB, it can result in the matter needing to solely be handled through their system causing further delays to the resoluti

My Xbox One order for $480 just moved to "processing" and I was told to expect it Wednesday as well. Kinda irritated with their response to me though:

As you are not seeing the email replies, please check your Bulk folder as it is possible that the replies are being mis-sorted to that folder. 

In the future, as recommended on the contact page, if you have not already done so, and the email was sorted to that folder, we would recommend adding -contact@trainn.org- to your list of allowed / whitelist senders.

Regarding your order, your order was on a temporary hold as you had not specified your preferred payment method when placing your order.

As it appears you would like to receive payment via PayPal, I have updated your order. Payment will be issued via PayPal during our next fulfillment period which will occur on Wednesday.

Also, for future reference, it is not necessary to resort to threats to receive support. Inquiries as answered as quickly as possible with our goal being to answer inquiries within 24 hours as stated in the email confirmation, however, due to the fluctuation in the amount of inquiries submitted, during times of high volume submission, it can take two business days for a response.

 

Umm.. no. You never sent any emails. I get emails from Contact@Trainn.org in my inbox. I would have gotten a response to my dozen+ emails. And according to your Better Business Bureau profile, it IS necessary to resort to threats. There was no attempt to respond within 24 hours, or even 2 business days. I can not believe they would pretend that there was. And I don't appreciate being treated like I'm stupid. Not only that, but the instructions never mention "specifying a preferred payment method." Terrible, terrible business. 

I was emailing them as well, I thought that WAS the support ticket, but you have to go to account then support tickets for that. They actually responded 3 hours later saying that I need to provide them with a verified Paypal email address (which I did when I placed the order >_>)

My god. This is literally the worst company in the world.

It's $20 off one item $99.99+ in store with Santa Bucks. So, you could get $500 in Amazon Kindle cards in 5 transactions for $400.

1. Nobody has received a reward yet, from any of our conga lines

2. Trainn has received a F grade from BBB (as rockstarnati said)

3. Trainn's customer service is horrible, maybe bad at best. I and many others haven't received responses for missing offers, uncompleted rewards, etc.

1. I can't say for sure, but I think I would have gotten my money on the 5th had my PayPal account been verified. I'm not sure why, but Trainn has been rather quick with me even though others are still waiting weeks to get accounts approved. It took 3 business days to approve my account, and 3 business days later I received the "ATTN Required - Please Contact" status, which I believe is because they tried to deposit my money but couldn't because my PayPal account isn't verified. If they continue at this rate, I might get my money by Tuesday.

2. Yeah, but as I said, Trainn isn't BBB accredited. So that's really just a handful of people (64 total to be exact) going out of their way to post complaints because they were upset, usually about how slow Trainn is and/or how bad their customer service is. In some of those cases, people commented how Trainn finally made things right for them.

3. Can't argue with that. I haven't received any responses to any emails either. I think the main problem is Trainn is SLLLOOOW. Gotta be patient and gotta keep pestering them I'd say.

Maybe they want your PayPal info? Please keep us updated! Have they tried to email you?

That's the only thing I can figure. Probably verifying my PayPal information or something. They never emailed me about it.

And I just got my eleventh referral! FINALLY! My friend just messaged me after I posted here about taking the gift card instead and told me he did Gamefly the other day but it didn't credit. I told him to try the vitamin offer and I guess it went through!

EDIT: He didn't try the vitamins. He just added more games to his Gamefly queue and it finally went through.

Who keeps rating this thread less than 5 stars? lol... Anyway, I'm gonna cash out today for the $425 gift card for 10 referrals. I can't wait any longer for an 11th to finally go through.

I love how to Neo everyone else is a troll and a fanboy, but not him. And oh, he's just posting his love for Xbox. At least he's not spewing hatred for Sony. It's not like he goes apeshit anytime someone posts something slightly critical of Xbox.

P.S. My favorite thing about Neo is how he's such a man of his word.
