Bought GTA 4 and it's so nice to finally be able to play this game at a locked 60fps. I have a high end PC but no matter how much I tweaked with the settings I could never get that game to run well on it because it's so poorly optimized.

 

The only disappointment is the DLC is sold separately on Xbox so I'll just get that in a future sale.

Both DLCs are currently on sale right now.

I feel like there is going to be a lot of kneejerk reactions after their loss, even though I do hate the Lakers and I don't like Lebron either. But I will say, if given the option to start a team with any one player in history. I'd never pick Curry or Lebron first. 

I own both a Series X and a PS5 and still play my X more. It’s not even a close contest. Sony really only has one type of game for their exclusives - the third person adventure game - and honestly they’ve become boring. Still play more multiplatform games than anything else and my Series X is definitely where I prefer to play those.

I don't own a PS5 yet, but I just have a PS4 and barely ever really used it. For the reason above. I've never really been a fan of a lot of their franchises to begin with but they had a massive shift of what kind of games they started pursuing after the PS2/PS3 era. Stuff like...
Ape Escape, Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, Killzone, Resistance, Little Big Planet, Infamous, SOCOM, Sly Cooper, and I suppose a game I liked on the PS4 which was Gravity Rush 1/2.

That being said, they are incredible at marketing whatever it is they release because I believe this is why some people think critics have favorable/bias reviews towards them. I will say I enjoyed The Last of Us 1 when I played it, but I can't ever see myself ever playing it again. It's a very movie like experience, which isn't completely bad but it's not what I want from a video game I guess. 

I would say a lot of the games I play on PS consoles are simply games that never came to Xbox, and aren't entirely "Sony" games to begin with. Meaning Japanese titles that weren't ever ported. I remember back when my PS2 was strictly a GTA machine basically, or a Guitar Hero machine. I always preferred to play stuff on MS or Nintendo consoles.

I still will never understand why they don't make a Conker or a Banjo & Kazooie game, it would appeal to that Nintendo market and a lot of people literally on the fence of buying into the Xbox market. At least in my eyes. A lot of RARE ips in general just going to waste, Nintendo has ips going to waste too but they still offer a good chunk of what they have.
