I still will never understand why they don't make a Conker or a Banjo & Kazooie game, it would appeal to that Nintendo market and a lot of people literally on the fence of buying into the Xbox market. At least in my eyes. A lot of RARE ips in general just going to waste, Nintendo has ips going to waste too but they still offer a good chunk of what they have.

Ugh, literally started R6 Extraction last night to work on the April TA targets. Definitely not gonna grind that out to completion before it's gone

Gamefly was selling an Xbox copy for $5 a month or so ago.

So I'm struggling - definitely going to pick up Jet Set Radio and Skate 2 and probably Orange Box.

 

Does anyone know if L4D2 on consoles includes the original L4D maps like it does on PC? Part of me thinks I'll never end up playing the L4D games again on console because I have the PC versions but at the same time I have such fond memories of L4D on consoles I'd hate to never have that option again, at least digitally. I have the discs for both somewhere. I'm also annoyed that the expansion campaigns cost $6 each cus if I decide to buy the games I'll have to get that too. And spending like > $70 - $80 on old games is a hard sell.... but my fomo for these classics I love is also quite strong 

The vanilla L4D2 on 360 does NOT include the L4D1 maps, they are DLC for 2 though. I forget which DLC includes the maps.

I had been trying to log into Xbox Live on my 360 to claim the Spongebob Games With Gold game, and it wouldn't work for me to log into Xbox Live despite the fact that it recognized my internet connection.  Now, it's working, but it isn't showing Spongebob as free on 360.

 

Is there any way to know for sure that it will be claimed on both my 360 and my Xbox One if I claim it on Xbox One?  It's free there.

If you claim it on XB1, login on your 360 and then go to "download history" and you should see it there.

This would be an acceptable response if you weren't literally trying to defend some of the biggest companies in the gaming world,(EA/Sony/Activision/Bungie) these are 100+ million companies that choose to nickel and dime people to earn even more money. They could pay/treat their employees better if they wanted to. They don't, and customers shouldn't be punished for it.

It's a shitty move to make cosmetics be this "oh it doesn't matter/doesn't affect gameplay" because they know some people think that and have used that mindset to release games with less options and sell it back with those features or customizations. Then you get all the EA/Activision/microtransaction games we have now. They make MILLIONS off of cosmetics, to say it doesn't matter completely ignores the fact that people want this in their games enough to spend real money.

"Slippery slope" is very real and has been for awhile now.
