I have a question about Onrush...

So I already got it free with plus a few months ago, but I figured for 90% off, it might be worth buying just in case I let my subscription lapse... however, is Onrush an online only game? if so, does that mean you need PS+ to actually play the game, making buying the game worthless, or am I getting things confused somewhere?

Onrush is not online only, it has a good amount of single player content, but does need an online connection (not plus just the connection) to level up/earn XP for some the trophies ONLY: you can still progress through the campaign without internet.

You won't be able to buy it for real though if you claimed it  through PS Plus: stupid Sony.

Yes, China definitely needs to pay for what they've done in some way.

Hopefully people will start to wake up and realize that paying a few dollars more for stuff is worth it to not deal with a regime that has trampled over human rights for decades, is responsible for literally millions of deaths, and consistently has outbreaks of disease from their wet markets that have now caused terrible global health and economic externalities.

I hope since Trump wanted to renegotiate a lot of the trade deals with China he has the guts to hold them accountable.

A good start would be to tell them to shut their wet markets down, and if they don't comply, have increased sanctions limiting the amount of American business that can be done in China.

Maybe several companies (esp. those hardest hit w/supply issues) will finally start to realize that China isn't reliable with their constant disease outbreaks and will diversify away from China to other countries.

I think the US opening China to do business with the West under Nixon was one of our biggest mistakes, and the disease outbreaks are only one of many issues we have had and will likely continue to have, unfortunately.

different approaches for different areas: rural areas w/lower pop. may be able to open sooner while continuing to practice social distancing, masks, etc. while pop. dense areas like NYC will have to wait longer to really open up in any significant way.

In Topic: Final Fantasy Remake - Double 10 Dollar Rewards for Preorder?

Does anyone know if you will lose your reward certificates placed on a pre-order if that pre-order is canceled? For example, I pre-ordered Octopath Traveler (via a different payment method) before a release date was announced, then they delisted it for awhile, and put it back up months later. Just wondering if that happens with say, Bayonetta 3 if I'd lose my certificates permanently. I want to use them soon since they expire fast.

no, in fact preordering an item with certificates and then canceling the item is a way to get the certificates reissued to your account with a new expiration date if you can't bank the points to use them when you want.

On that note, I watched a few episodes of Tiger King and I now officially feel like only person in the world who found it, well, boring.

Yeah, we only got about 30 minutes into the first episode before we turned it off.

Felt like I was wasting my time.
