And no folks from your camp aren't here to discuss things they like and don't...just to bash. What is the point? Do you get a trophy from Sony for standing up for them on the Internet? I just don't get it. I am not all up in the PS4 thread all the time stating why I'm not getting one. I have posted in there but mostly articles and pictures.

I'll continue to talk as much shit as possible about the Xbox because that's how I feel about it as long as there's a mandatory Kinect. Also I don't trust MS for a second with their policies. The NSA will use this shit to illegally spy on you, there's a guy that exposed this type of thing running around the world for his life, and so many people don't give a shit because Xbox. It makes me mad and sad for the future.

 

So really I have nothing against the device itself, I like the Kinect and hope they come up with some great games for it, it has absolutely nothing to do with Sony vs MS (though I do still think PS4 is the smarter choice), and some day if they make the Kinect optional I'll also be buying one.

Yeah, people need to stop with the "specs" bullshit, you're not going to notice a difference at all. In fact, it's already proven the Xbox One has many more features, isn't that more important?

which is better tomb raider or farcry 3 i would get both but im saving the rest of my points for bioshock

I'd get Tomb Raider and Far Cry 3 over Bioshock. If you need Bioshock though I'd say Far Cry 3 will last quite a bit longer and has more replay value than Tomb Raider. Tomb Raider is my second favorite game of the year though so far. Fun gameplay and awesome graphics. It has an ok story but doesn't compare to Bioshock's.

Sort of back to the subject, I have seen some emboldened gamers in social media now saying that the next target should be pitching a fit to get Kinect removed (not as much for tinfoil hat stuff, though I'm sure that's there, but for cost reasons).  Do people think this is feasible?  Would Microsoft ditch Kinect before or shortly after launch if sales were still slow?  

 

More importantly, is this sort of thing good? is Microsoft just a spineless, directionless company or is this sort of forward thinking in itself, being hyper-reactive to customers?  What if fans also want 8GB of RAM instead of 4GB, or don't like the fixed hard drive?  Will we as consumers basically design the Xbox Two through Twitter feedback?

 

Consumers will get what consumers demand. If you (and many other people) spoke out and said ditch the Kinect or we're out, they would remove the Kinect. Fortunately at the moment the people still have the power. It's just hard to get them to use it to get anything done.

Well no Last Guardian is a bummer for me but I'm still hyped and buying day fucking one thanks to no bullshit DRM. Sony wins and honestly has done a huge thing to save gaming/consumer rights in general imo.

Agh they better announce release month/price and please god show me TLG!!

Edit: Just a thought but maybe you could do something a little more general too like "MSRP deals" or something like that. That way you could add things like Mario All Stars or whatever else comes up.
