#12287993 Open letter to the staff, and fellow CaGs

Dear reader,

The first time i joined this community, was on a Black Friday 5 years ago and for a while prior too I've been a lurker.. Over time, joined a couple groups, made some friends, and lord only knows how much I saved.

Being a fan of forums that encourage a community feel, its nice to have an area to joke around, and hang out with some of my fellow cheap asses. But, i love that i have yet to see it spiral out of control unlike other places I've been. So with that being said...........

All of your tireless dedication to inform everyone about deals (People posting here, Facebook, twitter etc), keeping the site up and running, and being a bunch of cool people, thank you all for making and keeping this a totally awesome site. I'd give a gift, but i'm cheap :)

Take care

i like the fact that at least the newer grab bags are wrapped; so it allows for that aspect of mystery. I almost feel like ordering another one for more punishment

I was able to cross Dark Souls 1 and 2 off my list

Yet, during the summer, instead of going through the Elder Scrolls series, i felt an urge to go back in time, so.....I spent a good couple weeks playing classic SNES RPGs, and was able to finally cross FFIV and FFVI off my list, while i've gotten far in those games, i never really beat em. During my "gaming with friends" sessions, was able to pretty much cross off the entire Halo and Gears of war series, even though they werent high on my list, games beaten equals less backlog...now I just try to beat The Last of Us: REmastered before Destiny comes out, but that's not looking good. My name's Squall and i'm a backlogaholic

I failed, I wanted to play Oblivion, but; something got into me. So, i had to dive deep into my backlog and find a game, I rented a long time ago and never beaten due to the store stop renting games, and at the time, they were on cartridges. So, i started up FFIV on the Super NES.

Cross FFX-HD off my list. Some of the remixed music worked, some of it didnt.  I'm really looking at Oblivion for my next game.

I can cross Fallout New Vegas off my list. Really enjoyed it, sad thing is instead of going through the rest of my backlog, I Feel like playing this, and fallout 3 again; as evil as possible...and in the case of New Vegas, different faction

Hi, my name is Squall and i'm a backlog-aholic.

My biggest problem; is "oh that's a good sale; i'll play it soon"........and soon never comes, especially when it comes to sales/steam sales.

I've reached a point where now; if i see something that's new; I"ll just leave the shrink wrap on, so if I don't get around to it, i can at least resell it in new condition on eBay or something.

I just slowly started going through some stuff i've had backlogged for a couple years and older. Currently i'm working on Fallout: New Vegas.

Assassins Creed 1-3,Brotherhood, Revelations

Alan Wake

Bioshock: Series

Bully

Dead Island: Riptide (was playing it with a friend till he stopped last year)

Deus Ex: Series

Dishonored: Game of the Year Edition

Fable: Anniversary edition

Far Cry Series

Final Fantasy XIII

L.A Noire

The Last of Us

Mirrors Edge

Metro 2033

Resident Evil 4, HD

Resident Evil 6

Resident Evil Code Veronica, HD

Skyrim

Sonic Generations

Soon to add; Final Fantasy X/H2 HD edition (pre-ordered for bonus)

Like the person above me said, Junctioning is your best bet. as well as make sure your GFs have the proper abilities. The one thing that i've always done; is make sure each GF learns their whatever-RF ability immediately, so you can start creating spells out of items; and in the end, you can junction some powerful stuff.

If need be, you could travel back out into the real world (when walking up the chain, there should be some white things you can hop onto); you. (Also the only way to access any previous shops; I believe is through the TonBerry call shop ability)
