I guess they put rat poison, rope, and razor blades on sale
Sounds like my last date.

i have the PDP grip for the vita and its absolutely wonderful. provides a nice wide grip, and the texture to it alleviates sweating too (which i have a problem with)
been able to play killzone, gravity rush, get off my lawn, etc for a long time with little to no issue.

dont buy it from amazon at that price, i got it at gamestop for 10$, and an employee there actually had one for his vita and let me try it first for a few minutes on mine before making my decision.
i would suggest that one, but it may differ from user to user.
I have the PDP grip also and its certainly worth it to me. It makes using the triggers actually possible without killing my hands / wrists. Having it on the Vita makes it awkward to travel with, I've gotten in the habit of just popping it off and using a vita case. The vita with grip fits on the charge cradle which is nice too.

That's what my wife said, too, when I suggested replacing our crappy 24" TV with this. Oh well. It will make a fantastic monitor for me, and I'll just never sit in the living room again.
I literally have the PS monitor on my coffee table in the living room and my 60" tv behind it. My ole lady loves the setup, she can play the Witcher while we watch movies together or I can play something while she watches whatever.
Dual living room screens = winning.

Enjoy what you have. Everyone and their mother wants to 'keep things sealed'. In reality you'll easily lose money at worst and make 1.5x the price paid at best. In the end you're holding onto something to make $10 in that time, it just doesn't make sense.
The market for 'mint sealed RARE games' crashed a long time ago. In this day and age if you fall for that type of marketing, you're the customer, not the person you hope to 'make bank' off of years down the road.
I've never understood people who see video games as an investment, buy it because you want it(play or collect) but sitting on a game to hopefully make few bucks years later is just dumb.

Flippers, suck. I work for a living and don't need to hassle with buying and reselling video games to make a living.
That said, I got my collectors edition from amazon just fine no problems at all. I ordered a ghost edition for my nephew and he received it just fine also from amazon. Sucks for people getting damaged boxes.

Maybe, but how many of these folks are going to make the over-inflated secondary market even worse by grabbing extra copies to flip and preventing someone who just wants one at MSRP to actually play from getting one?
The same number of folks that do that in any other deal thread, flippers gonna flip.

I got one way back during the best buy sale and have loved it since the first day and haven't had an issue. I am really tempted to pick this up but hearing everyone having issues and the thought of returning it and having to ship it plus it being a refurb, I can't seem to bring myself to do it. If it were new or local again I wouldn't hesitate.
