You think that's bad check out the name of the developer.

I had to visit an island for weeds too. Essentially the reason was I sold all the weeds from my island initially to get the Nook Miles for selling weeds (you don't get it for weeding, only once you sell them). Yesterday, I wanted to craft a ton of hedges and I just didn't have much in storage or on my island itself so it was far quicker to hit a mystery island and take them from there.

Also be sure to check the address in the list, not just city/state. I thought we were losing our TRU, but it's actually the standalone Babies r Us that's closing.
If you check the official TRU document it gives the type of store being shut down.

It's been a few years since Best Buy has had anything on BF that I've wanted - how are they usually about having stock online? The few times I've hit there physically it's been the worst managed mess of any store and takes 3x longer than any other place I visit - so if I have a chance to get Disgaea on the website that would be way better.
Also, anyone see any great deals on MicroSD cards yet? My Switch is getting full thanks to indie games.

If you're going to reuse the Giana Sisters engine at least take some effort to make it look unique...

I'm sure that folks have already said this but holy crap Blackbeard thanks for all you do here. Because you looked up Maine store stocks for me I hit a local store and got their last non-preordered console. I'm sure a lot of folks here are in similar boats, that your info made a huge difference. Thanks again!

We have Zelda, Bomberman and Isaac pre-ordered (along with a Joy-Con) but I could easily see us switching Bomberman to 1,2 Switch. From there, I think we'll get Arms and Mario Kart next month. I think a part for the push of Arms and Mario Kart to next month could also to maybe push people looking for a party game to 1,2 Switch.

Personally it was less the launch titles (ZombiU was fine, NSMB was great, and my family had a blast with Nintendoland) but more the wait until more games were available. I wasn't until Spring that we got Lego City and Summer for Pikmin 3. It just felt like a very long stretch between Nintendo content, which is really why most of us buy their consoles. This one feels way better - especially with the heavy indie content that seems to be forthcoming. If the launch games get boring, we're getting Arms and Mario Kart next month and Splatoon isn't far behind. They've done a much better job this launch year but I do wish we'd gotten one more no-brain purchase for launch day.

I will completely agree that Nintendo sucks at launching hardware with a good lineup. I was an early owner of the Wii U and the DS and both of them were pretty bad at launch as well (you can only play so much Yoshi Touch and Go and Feel the Magic). However, I was in a place where I had played through most of my Wii U library, hadn't touched it for months aside from a few Smash Bros games, so it made sense to take advantage of the 50% Gamestop trade bonus and get the Switch at launch (assuming I can find one).
In the end I know I'll get my moneys worth. By Christmas we'll have Mario Kart, Splatoon 2, Mario, Zelda and Arms and that's more than enough for me to feel like the console had a good first year at least. The fact they are continuing to woo the indies and Shovel Knight and Isaac are first month releases is pretty nice as well.

I just assumed the Switch wouldn't allow game sharing. If the library gets to the point that my son and I both have to own one, we'll treat it like the 3DS - if it's something we both want to play we'll buy it physically but if it's something cheap or that only one of us cares about we'll go digital.
My dream would be for the Switch, once the VC launches, to give you the games you already bought on the Wii U/3DS - or at least allow for the cheap upgrade system they did from Wii to Wii U. I don't mind a VC delay, but I would absolutely like them to give more info on if something like this might happen.
Have we heard anything on Bomberman yet in terms of hands on impressions? I'm thinking about Switching my preorder to 1, 2 Switch after watching that great Giant Bomb video but I can't find any opinions on Bomberman good, bad or otherwise...
