#14310727 Shenmue 3 with steelbook $19.99 Bestbuy.com

Is it really "free" shipping if you are paying an extra $11 for the game. The whole point of this site is to find games for the cheapest prices.

Thanks bro. Got it for $9 this evening. Brickseek says "Out of Stock" at my local WM but I was able to find a copy between a row of PS4 games.

I have started picking up DVDs/Blu Ray that I find. Streaming is fine but content could be pulled at anytime. Most of the thrift near me have them for $1.49-$1.99 each. I picked up the James Bond 007 Ultimate Collection DVD set and Seinfeld season 3 at Amvets. The bond set looked untouched. 20 movies for $24. Seinfeld was $3. I also found season 1+2, and 4 of always sunny in Philadelphia for $1.50 for each I set.discs are all in nice shape. I also found the Randy Savage macho madness 3 disc set for $2

Same here. I have been buying a lot of blu-ray movies this past two years. My blu-ray has grown from 22 two years ago to 91 now. I usually seek out for disney pixar, anime, marvel, TV shows, and 80s films and must come complete with its slip (if any).

All I need to find is an external blu-ray player (internal too) for my PC. I just hate using my video game systems to watch them.

I am curious how you are finding "mint complete" anything at a thrift store/Goodwill. The few times I have ever went to those type places the  games are in very poor condition/incomplete. Many years ago I got several Mattel intellivision games in box at Goodwill. That's about all I ever scored at a thrift shop. I guess you have been very fortunate. I would not say what you are reporting is very common.

I don't know where you live but I live in Los Angeles. We have a thrift store in every corner and I have my go to spot for video games. I'm picky when it comes to video games so I only buy mint copy of games for my personal collection and resell to others. If it's not complete or in poor condition I usually just trade them into GameStop for store credit. Please note I'm an IT service tech for the LAUSD and I get to work all over LA, leave early around 3pm, and checkout the local thrift stores in the city where I'm schedule to work at. On average I visit about 30-40 different thrift stores per month just to kill time and bypass LA horrible traffic.

Visit the thrift thread here. I'm very active and you can see all of my thrift finds w/ photo for this year. - https://www.cheapass...-findings-here/ . My recent find is another original WOW CE for $13. This will be going up eBay soon for $400.

Now how would I sell that without getting ripped off? I wouldn't trust eBay to back me if a buyer files a claim. There's a sealed one that supposedly sold for $699, but I wouldn't expect to actually receive that money.

List it as a Buy it Now only, select immediate payment required at checkout, take very good pictures and accurately describe your item, and write in your description signature required. I have sold hundreds of rare games worth $50-$500 on eBay and I have yet to experience issues with my buyers. For example, I sold a mint complete copy of Tenkaichi 3 PS2 (got it from a local thrift for $3) for $150 awhile back and shipped it via USPS with tracking and signature. I'm also sold a used complete mint Collector's Edition of original World of Warcraft (got it from a local goodwill for $10) early this year for $420 shipped. Both received a positive feedback from my buyers.

Fell Seal is a solid Final Fantasy Tactics-like. It seems much more polished than the Mercenaries games.

Never heard of it till now and I really enjoyed the Mercenaries games. Thanks. Purchased.

Scored me four complete DBZ games (2 copies of Tenkaichi 3) for $3 each last night and the game discs look almost perfect. I sold my Wii version of Tenkaichi 3 on Amazon a couple years ago and I was stunned to see Tenkaichi 3 fetch more (actually a lot more) money than the Wii version.

About time my local GW finally open and found a stack of PS2 JRPGS on the shelf. Surprisingly all of the game discs were extremely mint so I couldn't pass on them. Bought all of them for $3 each. Not bad.

It wasn't every game, but it was a huge list and lots of solid titles. I can't find the original CAG thread but I found another site that listed out many of the games. It was great because it was supposed to be a advertised sale but went live early and posted on CAG.

https://forum.dvdtal...y-stores-2.html

I remember picking up some Mario Party and RE games on the GameCube, some others that I can't remember. I spent ~$44 on 8 games (was a kid in HS, and had no job), getting home and remembering the rush of getting 8... fucking... games... for $40. Looking at that list now, there were some MAJOR games that I skipped... Skies of Arcadia, Ikaruga. That was also when I started keeping new games sealed until I actually played them. I think it was Mario Party that I never got around to opening and year or two later, sold it on eBay for $50 or something because the game was out of print since Mario Party 5 and 6 were already out and I was like "holy shit, why do I open games before I play them?".

I was a sophomore at college and was lurking and not a register user at CAG. My roommate was a registered CAG member and he called me about this circuit city glitch while I was walking to my next class. I didn't believe him at first so I went to confirm at the nearest computer lab in campus since my blackberry phone was so slow as hell. When I saw the thread, I pulled out a notebook and wrote down what games I wanted to get. I ended up skipping my astronomy and political science classes that day and drove to like 4 CCs all over LA. I came back home with 42 games for under $230. Mostly were JRPGs (PS2, GBA, GC) and I flipped Disgaea & MGS 2 Subsistence PS2 games on eBay which were fetching insane amount back then just to make up most of my money back. I believe this deal was the reason why I finally registered and became a CAG member.

One thing for sure CC has got to be best deal ever right next to Big Lots' massive video games liquidation at 90-95% off.

Here's my first smartphone back in 2004. Wow smartphones have evolved big time lol.

I mean I have noticed it, but I never really discussed it or made a topic until now for several years....

I started to notice when brick & mortar stores like TRU, Sears, and Kmart went out of business. Post threads for these stores back then were highly active and the Go-to-Spot for video game deals. Plus you have to take an account  that it's hard to find deals on physical video games nowadays. Other stores like Big Lots and BestBuy stop selling, clearance or penny out their video game stuffs. From what I see, Target is like the only place for video game deals and sadly it's pretty YMMV (you versus scalpers / resellers). With all of this, it should explain why CAG is pretty much dead. If you look up "Top Site Traffic Ranking"  at Alexa.com, CAG is somewhere in the 55,000 range. I remembered CAG used to be in the 15,000 range.

In comparison, Slickdeals is in the 500+ range and you could see why video game deals in general always show up there first.

I'm an OG CAG but i still visit this site everyday for PSN/eShop/Steam deals.

Wow PimpBot2000!!! What an incredible fine. I sold my only copy of that game on Amazon in 2012 when I was unemployed for $60 :( and was hoping on a future digital release someday (still waiting). Crazy how much the game is fetching now and more than Haunting Ground. I thought Haunting Ground was the better game.

But anyway not good as PimpBot2000 but I found another rare PS2 game for $2.
