I wasn't expecting this, but I ended up buying a turntable. Long story short, I've been looking for a second deck for the bedroom and had something that I though was a steal and has quickly been turning into a money pit. So, they had a Dual CS 505-3 in pretty nice shape with a pretty good looking Audio Technica AT-120/E cartridge on it. It wasn't the steal of the century, I don't think (asking $200, needless to say I used the 50% off coupon and got it for $100) but it was probably a fair deal anyway. At least this one works, heh.

 

Also got nearly every Jerry Lee Lewis album from the mid-60s to the late-70s in fantastic shape (which is a weird coincidence as I've just discovered this period of his music via Spotify) and a Clifford Brown 10" on Pacific Jazz. Spent way too much, but I'm pretty stoked.

Nice, I used to find good LPs at HPB all the time.  Now that they check ebay/discgos a lot of stuff is over priced.  Some of the stuff I've scored, Jimi Hendrix - Are You Experienced and Electric Ladyland Part 1= both 1st UK pressings on Track Records.  Paid $10 to $15 each.  Also scored the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Budgie albums, all between VG+ and EX in the freaking DOLLAR bin.  Unfortunately I've sold a couple of them when I needed some cash, but if you know what you're looking for you can find some good shit.

I was looking around on amazon for reviews and prices before I pulled the trigger on my next RS order and saw they have the Shura no Toki Complete Collection (might be an individual volume bundle) for $15.34 which is better than the RS deal.  Here's the link

Where did you sell your cubic ninja for $60? I listed it on ebay for that $54 about 2 hours ago but I haven't had any luck. Who did you choose to ship with? Seems USPS is the cheapest option @ $5 shipping.

If you ship it 1st class it will only be around $2 and if you buy/print your label online it comes with free delivery confirmation.  You can either use the usps website or go through paypal.

Thanks for posting this. Never heard of this game but it looks like a blast. Kind of bummed Best Buy won't let me use a certificate with this because there is a gift card. What a stupid rule (I mean I get not being able to buy gift cards with certificates but I can't buy a $32 game with a $30 certificate because it comes with a free $10 gift card? That's just idiotic).

Try using a smart phone if you have one, or the mobile site if you don't.  The regular website wasn't letting me apply a trade in gift card because of the $10 gift card in the cart, but it worked on the first try on my phone.

Man I got lucky as hell today at a local used shop and scored a mint Region A Ghost in the Shell 2 Innocence Blu for $12.  Also picked up the High School of the Dead OVA blu for $8.  I wish I could find the Black Lagoon OVA for around the same price.  They also had the Evangelion Perfect Collection for $60, but I passed on that since I have the Platinum Collection.

I stopped in there yesterday looking for a DVD and saw a big dual layer shelf full of clearance video games with some decent prices for once.  Its right in front of the counter in the electronics section.  About 1/3 was DS, Wii and PS2 shovelware, 1/3 overpriced recent games and the last 1/3 were some decent $5 games.  There was also a handful of blu-rays (Anchorman 2 for $10 or $12).  I scored a sealed copy of Blur PS3 for $15 and The Hobbit 2 blu for $12 (I didn't see any more of either) and UC2 GOTY for $5. 

There's a couple good Best Buy flips.  Nascar The Game Inside Line and Fable The Journey are both $5 and flip to BB for $15 after the bonus.  There are multiple copies of Nascar for PS3 left and at least one Fable.

Stopped at Target today to pick up Game of Thrones blu and saw the 8GB Nook HD was on clearance at 50% off for $64.50.  DCPI is 057170061.  I'm betting this one started the cycle at 15% so 50% is probably the lowest it will go.  I picked one up.  If any Pittsburgh CAG's want one the Harmarville store had at least 3 left.

I've got a bunch of records and music and some anime up for grabs on ebay.  I'm also looking for a new or like new Dualshock 3 controller, so if you see anything you'd want to trade for PM me.
