If you haven't filed a usps complaint. You should do it, this is the only way for scammers to get the message. With fines and chances of imprisonment if they have done it before. Letting them get away with ripping people off will only cause them to do it more.
Postal theft punishment is up to 5 years and up to $250,000 in fines. And getting a scammer back feels amazing.

If it says it has been delivered to your place contact the usps inspector general. The person could work for the usps and its on there delivery route and never delivered it. Or they went to your place and stole it if it was left out front.
A few years ago I had a buyer say an item I shipped them never arrived. I went to the usps site and filed a complaint about a package and got called by the inspector general a couple days later and he said it had been delivered. The buyer contacted me and "forgot" they had received it. Postal theft happens all the time and they will prosecute the people involved to the full extent of the law.

Depending on your location you would be able to get more from craigslist, ebay, or even amazon will give you more for your trade in. Craigslist you should be able to get around $200 for just the console. And probably the same with ebay before selling fees. Amazon the trade in is $122-$150 depending on the model/bundle. But those prices change every day.
But it all depends on personal opinion if you feel that spending close to $300 to upgrade is worth it.

I ordered the digital ultimate edition on the xbox store (xbox one) a few weeks back and couldn't play halo wars 1. I tweeted to xbox support and they got back to me super quick and said they send a code for halo wars 1 within a week (7 days). Which seemed odd to me. But I got my code for the game around a week later. Not sure if its still the same way with the game around a week before its released.
I figured I'd let people know though.

Worked at Walmart while in college. You get paid poorly. Treated poorly. Do everything right...doesn't matter. Still get treated like the employee that never shows up. I love it when people who have no clue are surprised when they can't find help. The majority of the time workers in one department can't be found so you have to get someone who has no clue what they are doing. Then customers bitching about the employee that is trying to help them. Not defending Walmarts practice as a whole...I am defending employees that get treated like crap for working hard which in turn forces them to be less motivated.
In regards to the above quote. There is times when you are completely clueless to how the store operates because only the department manager gets told what's going on then the second they leave for the day...every employee in that department just has to wing it. Store managers are no help. Most of the time they say 'yeah hold on' then never show up. Keep that in mind next time you see an employee that is obviously bothered.
The way your treated depends on the location so much. I've worked for great companies with garbage employees/supervisor's that don't do anything. And I've worked for companies that bend over backwards for the good employees.
But dealing with the public is a horrible experience. Dealing with 1 rude customer out of 99 good customers still sucks. That's why customer service is so hard. Because so many people think they are special and entitled to treat other people like garbage.

I have two of these:
They aren't the highest quality. But have held up for the last few years very well (not falling apart like most cheap furniture). Blank spots you can tell how cheap the back section is. When they are full they look good. They are always between $30-35. Any other storage items around that price do not hold as much.

Skip it. Your not making enough money to waste it on union dues. I've been in a union previously and unions will hound you to try and vote for certain candidates because they are pro union. That's one of the reasons why unions are nearly extinct. And a lot of laws came into place to help with workers safety and equal pay. So its better to keep your money, but they will probably bug you all the time to sign up.
