So on the recent Pro Day, I ordered a game and guide both "new" online and BOTH items came without wrapper/seal.
It doesn't bother me too much but I thought this was only possible in stores (and for games, not guides). Wondering if anyone has had the same experience, any point in complaining to customer service? Heck, would I even be able to return these items? The employee could simply say I opened the items.
