#14036785 AMAZON - Metal Gear Solid Survive XBOX One $11.62

And there’s no offline content is there?

Technically no

There's a lot of singleplayer content, however you must be online at all times, which is annoying if you have an unstable connection.

The story is shitty, but if you're into survival games the singleplayer campaign is actually pretty fun, especially the further you get as you'll get blueprints to more complex weapons and tools

Of course the only 2 games I want enough to buy day 1 are not part of the promo (Red Dead 2 and Spiderman).

Same - Yakuza Kiwami 2 and Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise

How much of a grind/hours is Act 4?  I finished 3 and was like 4 looks like a boring grind and haven't bothered with it.  I think the game should have ended at the end of Act 3.

A brutal and boring grind. Act 4 took me 20 or so hours. It's not pay-to-win at least, you can get by just fine by grinding. Hell, I'm not sure paying money would help much anyway.

Expect a good number of your orc captains to die on the invasions. I recommend stuffing your invading force with nothing but commons with the highest level available to you so you can preserve your good captains.

Don't we all have a problem? Unnecessarily buying games to add to the backlog without playing them is the CAG way of life. Speaking of which got 10 games in my cart and eying at least 1 more. Should I buy 'em all there's no telling when/if I'll actually play them.

Hah it's the nerd equivalent of buying books to display on your coffee table that you have no intention of reading

Low IQ post. Sad

No worries, he just has to scream "I'm Pickle Rick!" a few dozen times and he'll have an IQ over 200, easy.

as in only 100 hours less than a THOUSAND??

FUDGE....  Maybe I should not buy this game then.

I took me like 2yrs to beat Far Cry 3 and had about 90hrs into it.

ThAT GAME ALONE is the one reason why I have a 90+ PS3 Back catalog..

I have even less time for games now..  avg of about 2hrs p/week on a good week..

decisions, decisions..

I checked my system history and I overestimated. 696 hours, but that does include at least a hundred or so hours of me passing out with the game still playing.

The game can be as long as you want it to be - you don't HAVE to keep playing up to NG++++ xD

The main game can be beaten in well under 40 hours

I just love the game. I love Dark Souls-esque games, I love Ninja Gaiden, and I love RNG loot systems a la Diablo. And I have been playing the hell out of the co-op with friends

It's good shit and for that price it's a steal

Scalpers do put work into getting their supply and selling it. It doesn’t just magically appear. If you know some trick to making free money I’d love to hear about it.

Their work consists of:

sitting in their car

sitting on the pavement outside of stores

walking through other stores

listing things on eBay

That's even less effort than most government employees put in

Get a job, so others can profit off of your labor instead!

Correct. So they can use those profits to hire people or produce profitable goods, like the SNES Classic. They work hard to make a lot of money to do important/desirable things. Scalpers do practically no work to exploit product hype to do nothing productive with their gains.

Comparing scalpers to any standard employer-employee relationship is erroneous. A more apt comparison would be to price-gouging

Market has stabilized at $160 over the past two days so the mad nerds can stop posting their salty tears over things that don't affect them. Money makes the world go 'round and crying isn't going to change it.

Publicly denouncing trashy people is not the same as getting mad and crying

Want to make money? Work. Don't be a parasite and profit off the labor of others.

Risk of Rain is fun if you like running around to upgrade and survive. Not the hardest rogue-like once you get the hang of it.

Oh I totally disagree... it's extremely difficult. If you do not get lucky and get good powerups, you will lose

But under those lucky conditions, it's pretty easy

That said I had a blast with it

Unfortunately, no.

Downside: These systems are all region locked. In fact, the Venezuelan models require a blood sacrifice of a virgin to even power on.

Upside: You're on CAG and you have access to the largest population of virgins on the internet.

On top of this, because the Vita was made when Venezuela was still Communist, you are not allowed to purchase games off the PSN store - you can only download state-approved programs about how glorious the leader is, a tutorial on how to cast multiple ballots in elections, and a simulation on how to be a better farmer.

Also, the audio is locked and plays the Tropico theme song on repeat.

Minor correction: that guy probably does have healthcare for his family. It's just he's an evil greedy cunt and he doesn't think we have the right to go into his pockets and force him to pay for healthcare for Pablo, Consuela, Marco, Maria, and Jose as well.

What a greedy piece of shit for wanting to decide how his money is spent. Let's hope a criminal crossing the border kills him.

Finally got myself a Vita ($98, with 8GB!, used)

Looking for good RPG games ... not a big fan of super anime stuff.

Like games like Fire Emblem, Tactics, Final Fantasy, etc.

Any suggestions?

Persona 4 Golden is probably regarded as the best RPG on the Vita and you can get it for cheap so that's a good place to start. You get a lot of bang for your buck too - it has hundreds of hours of gameplay.

Also if you like Tactics games you should take a look at the Disgaea series. It is by far the most polished tactical JRPG series still releasing titles.

Used up the code already, the vitas where like 130$ when I used it on a couple of games, sad that I see the 100's now.

I guess i'll wait a little and see if a restock with 70$ vitas appear.

Pretend that the $10 you saved on another item was actually on the Vita?

Seriously, the Vita is great. It has a small library but Vita games are pretty high quality - even moreso if you like RPGs.
