While I was at a Gamestop over the weekend, I saw this young kid with his mother there trading in games.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  He was trading in like 4 PS4 games... but then the weird thing was, he went and bought 6 Wii games worth 2.99 each.  I couldn't figure out the logic behind it.  He was whispering something to his mother, like it was a shady thing he was trying to pull off... But I couldn't figure it out.  The games he bought couldn't have flipped for much since the store didn't have a couple of the games he first selected, so he went and grabbed a couple other 2.99 games.

I just traded in a PS4 in San Jose.  The 50% ran up automatically.  

The employee was like: if you trade it in tomorrow, you get another 50%.  The he checks again and goes: oh wait, it started today.

So it's a go here.

If you have curbside available in your area (http://curbside.io) they currently have a $10 off a $20 purchase if you use their app and the promocode BESTBUY10 before you checkout.  I noticed that they have 3 packs of $10 eshop and psn cards for $27.  $17 for $30 worth of credit is almost 50% off.

Wow. I was going to go preorder the Neptunia Idol game for my friend from Best Buy, and it's apparently sold out online.  

I'm glad I got my preorder early.  I sure hope this is a sign we're going to get more niche titles here.  I could use a few idolm@ster games here, as well as all the new Neptunia games

I just noticed, but right now Raspberyl's DLC for Disgaea D2 is free on the PSN store.  I didn't get it while it was free last time, but looks like it's back on the store.  

I lucked out and got a Vita with 5 games and an 8gb chip for $120.  Traded the games in at Gamestop and got like $45 in credit, so it was about $75 for the Vita.  Downloaded all my PSN+ games and bought Persona 4 Golden when it went on sale.  I'm in love with this device now.  P4G is so addicting.  

Between this and Disgaea D2, my social life is dead.
