There's no fraud when there is no profit... totally YMMV but being courteous to employees and understanding their policies (and possibly calling customer service) before going into a store may help tremendously... I can see how benefitting a color which was not on sale is the sticking point, but as long as it's the same price in their system (AND you're NOT trying to gain the difference from the regular cost of 59.99/54.99 if it was on sale in their store at that time for anything less than that but more than what you paid initially) then an even exchange should be allowed. A manager ALWAYS has the final say, but make sure you have a firm understanding of their corporate policies and procedures before attempting. Good luck CAG Community!
