I've been having issues getting all of my points since the 500 Million PS4 Pro (or at least that was the first time that I noticed it). Every time I call, the rep has no problem seeing the transaction and gives me the points, so I have no idea what the issue is.
I just got mine yesterday. A rep emailed then called a few days ago, asked if I still wanted one and had it shipped an hour after the phone call with 2 day shipping. Night and day between that and regular service I get from customer service.
Did they leave any contact info when they e-mailed you? I'm afraid they'll run out before I get a call and wouldn't mind weaseling a way into getting a hold of them first.
