Yeah, not sure what they're doing with people's points but over the last 4 days the amount has fluctuated mostly in the negative direction (in their favor) for no reason.  The joke is on them, though, cause I cashed the majority on my favor the one time I checked and it had fluctuated on my favor.

Has anyone had issues with games installing from disc? DVDs and Blu Rays load right up on both my Xbox One X and Xbox One Fatty but my son got Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville and I can’t get it to spin up. I thought it might be the disc so I tried Overwatch and that won’t spin up either. I’ve tried hard reset on both Xbox Ones, I’ve tried different discs, I even completely reset both xboxes and reloaded all the profiles. I read online sometimes instant on messes w discs so I shut that off and hard reset and still nothing. I unplugged it, unplugged both usb external drives and then plugged it back in turned it on and plugged back in the externals, that actually got it to install on the Xbox One Fatty and then I booted the game and it worked. Then I popped out the disc and put it back in and now it tells me I don’t own the license for the game because it’s not finding the game again. I’m in the preview program but just the lowest tier.

I think tomorrow I’ll contact Xbox Support. Just wanted to see if any of you have had this issue.

Ahh, somebody having the same issue.  I've had this same problem with both of my slims.  The worse culprits are the Batman Telltale series.  The discs spin for a second, and then I try to load them, and I get a 'no license' notification.  I do have external drives on both and the majority of the content is stored externally.  That said, I think this is a software bug as it just started happening over the last few months.
A cache clearing full disconnect usually solves the problem, but it is annoying.
