Why didn't y'all tell me there was a new Peppa Pig game out?

I need to get caught up on the TV series before diving into the game. Don't want to miss out on the lore and background history references.

I wonder what we would post when the dude pouring out the 40 dies.

I don't feel bad for the people that bought from scaplers. This isn't a console situation. Prime will easily be restocked and I've seen it available to buy online from Target and Best Buy. People just aren't patient. Blows my mind that the game can be had digitally for $39.99 anytime you want to get it yet people are willing to pay double that to get the game physical when all they have to do is wait a couple of days for stores to restock. I could see a person justifying buying a Series X or PS5 for $100 over retail price when it was so difficult to find one for 2 years. I can't see a person justifying overpaying for Prime when all they have to do is wait a week.

I am just anti-scalper in general.

Thought this was a joke at first but those specs are very detailed so I think it has to be real. With that Verizon $150 deal, I pretty much got the real thing for $100 if you consider the controller is roughly a $50 value. 

 

Maybe they can come out with a waffle maker using the black circle part.

Yeah. I have PTSD from picking up so much useless junk that all looked the same. It was a decent game but became somewhat of a slog after a while.

eStarland had a pricing error where they accidentally had the upcoming Zelda game for $0. They had a ton of orders placed which were canceled. I got a rather humorous email explaining my order cancelation I figured I would share here:

I never owned an N64 but played Goldeneye at my friend's house a lot growing up. I totally played through the first mission easily precision sniping enemies from long range. It felt amazing being able to control the gun so much more easily. I failed the mission because I forgot to address all the alarms but killed everyone. I guess modern gaming checklist laziness screwed me lol.

Factorio is still $30 but there is a plan to increase the price to $35 tomorrow to keep up with inflation.

 

The developers have stated that they will never put the game on sale so if anyone has it on their wishlist then now is probably the cheapest you will ever be able to get it. 

100% agree....they really have lost their way.  Don't get me wrong Black Flag was amazing from a gameply standpoint...i just think after AC3 they were like, well now what do we do?

 

Odyssey was really just another open world game and I thnk Origins they just wanted a way to do Egypt and said lets make it an origin story.

 

We will see if they focus more on the story with Basim now...I just think that I want it to go back to the story it was and convince myself that is whats happening.

 

Also I think I am one of the only people that actually appreciate the present day story segments....

I am one of those sickos who has played through all the AC games (except Valhalla) including the 2.5D smaller games for India/China/Russia with the intent of trying to follow the continuity of the modern day thread. Kind of like when you watch a show to completion even though it clearly is not as good as it used to be but you need to see it through to the end. I do plan to play Valhalla but haven't had time yet. I think the Ezio trilogy was the most fun for me although the Illuminati puzzles probably would not have lasting appeal if repeated.

 

It is kind of interesting that Ubisoft has spent so much time on the European/American historical periods when there is a mountain of history in China/India/Japan that is just dying to be told. Maybe Western audiences don't go for Asian history as much as Western history but I think I would learn more that I didn't already know with a shift to the East.

Imagine if one day SONY gave us access to our digital content from PSP/VITA/PS3 on our PS5s.
