Yes. I'm keeping the amazon.de order because my personal history with them is they do a better job shipping items undamaged across the ocean than amazon.com does shipping them from the distribution warehouse that's 15 miles from my house.

The one from amazon.de says the language, subtitles, and instructions are in German though. I'd order the amazon.co.uk one if you want it in English.

the Flashback collector's edition looks slick

Wow! First I've heard of this. I played this a hell of a lot as a kid.

That does look pretty sick. But is it the original game? Not the crappy remaster that came out not too long ago?

A video in twitter feed and the art in the instruction manual show the original sprites.

This must be what I'm missing.  Where is the "more stuff"?  (and it's only cheaper for those without GCU)   Again, I can get liking it more (I'm pretty sure I do), but for people to say there isn't some hyperbole going on in this thread is pretty out there.   What am I missing in the King's Edition?

Kings Edition:

  1. Art book
  2. Steelbook
  3. Spinning musical dio
  4. LP
  5. Post cards (do these count?  I'll be generous)
  6. Game
  7. Season pass that U.S. buyers probably can't use without making an international account
  8. Making of Blu-Ray

U.S. CE

  1. Art book
  2. Steelbook
  3. Plush
  4. 3D Papercraft box/display
  5. CD
  6. Game
  7. Making of Blu-Ray
  8. Large diorama with multiple figures
  9. Season Pass

The King's Edition has that pop-up cardboard display as well.

The steelbook shipments were delayed so they might just be sending enough for preorders before they start divvying up the extras between stores.

Sweet, I forgot to preorder this one. But they no longer have a listing for the steelbook, so it seems like it might be hard to know when the stores get stock again.

In Topic: BBY $140 8TB WD External HDD 12/7 only

I was referring to the 3.3v pin that is an issue for those who install them in computers. Which requires a slight modification, or a SATA-to-Molex adapter, I believe.

These 8TB drives are the same rpm (5400 rpm) as what comes in the PS4, and a higher cache,128/256 MB vs 8 MB for the PS4.

Of course a 7200 rpm would be better, or a SSD/HHD hybrid.

All in all, I just think that no matter the quality of the drive you get with this external one, it will be an improvement over the stock hard drive. These drives should have a life expectancy near or that of a WD Red. It is possible that the white label one's could be refurbished Reds, but I just don't believe that's the case. They might just not meet the standards to be a true Red, but are still of good quality.
