Aside from the impractical one-account-at-a-time limit, is there any reason a Vita phantom couldn't work the same way offline PS4 phantoms work? Obviously the 'renter' wouldn't be able to get trophies on their main account, and online communication or gameplay isn't possible if the account owner is also online/the password's been changed/the system has been remotely deactivated, but at first glance it seems like it'd be feasible for temporary sharing of single-player libraries, unless I'm missing something.
It can work the same way like a PS4 phantom, sorta. I've done it on PSTV with a friend's account. A phantom could work with just downloading and installing games then unplug or turn off wifi on a Vita/PSTV and either having the owner of the account change password or deactivating. Of course trophies and online wont work but should work fine for any single player based games. The only issues I see is the very small user base that wants this and most buy games on their mains, since switching accounts contently for one or two games would be too much of a hassle, and some people aren't that willing to share mains.

some what of a rough translation I did of this for those interested
Rafael:Hello My name is Rafael how may i assist you today?
You:Hi Rafael
You:Do you speak in spanish?
Rafael:Yes
You:Can we speak in spanish?
Rafael:Sure, how can i help you?
You:How are you? look, I have a question, some games on my account appear locked, they are digital games, do you know what is happening.
Rafael:Great thanks for asking, to help you farther, and solve the problem and revise your account, please give me you Online ID or Sign in ID of your account
You:Ah, I forgot to mention that this happened after firmware 2.50 update was installed
You:What I would really want to know is why it did that
You:Basically
Rafael:By chance the accounts that were used that have games from digital sales from the internet? (my guess is the mass ebay sells)
You:Two of the accounts that are locked are games that are digital games that I bought over the internet.
Rafael:I understand, what I know is that those types of sale are illegal and the last update has patched some of the ways to sell these games. if you can't regain access of your accounts, its not possible to regain your games.
You:Ah perfect... but what is rare that there are people that don't have this issue and some that do
You:It's why I don't understand
You:Can you explain?
Rafael:Like I've said, the major forms of buying these games have patched for everyone, for now some people have access but soon they'll lose access.
You:Perfect, thanks very much
Last lines seems like the general is there anything I can assist you with they usually do.
Looks like if you still have your phantom available, you'll lose it eventually. Best bet is if you still have your phantom is to remove internet access from your PS4 till you finish with your game. Although it seems they've added some gamesharing countermeasures to 2.50 so they might have something even if you are offline. Then again this could just be a support rep talking out his ass.

Looking for a Tales of Graces F or Tales of Xillia share
Account 1 - $3 (Phantom) - $5 (Resell)
https://store.sonyen...J45JSVVSPS30000
That means you would have to fund the account with 9000 Yen to buy the game, unless you know someone who can fund the account with a debit/credit card.
9000 Yen will cost a little over $100, depending on where you buy the codes.
I sometimes see mention of the Honk Kong PSN store. Maybe the game is cheaper there?
@Pancakes, Strange and Mirmo: Where do you guys buy your JPN PSN credit?
Hong Kong is always cheaper and doesn't have the tax that Japanese PSN recently added on their games, but not all japanese games are on HK PSN. J Stars sadly wasn't on HK PSN so you'll have to bust out that 9000 yen.

I usually get my cards from here, you will usually get the code overnight unless it is on a weekend in which case you will maybe end up waiting till sunday or monday to get the code.
http://www.play-asia...-1z3-49-en.html
A bit more pricy but you will usually get your code instantly after purchase if you can't wait.
Japan Codes is another but their prices aren't that much different from play asia's but they are the only place I've seen 500 Yen codes, if they have them in stock.
